Make Third-Party & Supplier Risk Management Simple and Transparent
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how clearly the platform presents risk level and compliance gaps. It's easy to collaborate with our suppliers directly through the portal, and the automated reminders have drastically improved response times from vendors. It's a huge boost for our procurement and security teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Initial data upload for existing vendors took a big longer than expected, but once everything was set up, the workflow became much smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing supplier security used to be a tedious process or us. we relied on manual risk reviews and endless email chains. Securframe changed that by centralizing our vendor assessments and automatically flagging high risk suppliers. It's given us confidence in our vendor eco system and simplified our reporting to leadership.
A True Saver For Cloud Compliance Management.
What do you like best about the product?
The Best part is how it integrates seamlessly with cloud infrastructure. The automated evidence collection and risk alerts help our IT and Compliance teams catch potential issues early. The dashboard is very easy to navigate, and their support team responds quickly when we have questions about controls or documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard cloud use a bit more customization to fit our internal reporting style, but's a small thing compared to the time it saves us overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Secureframe, maintaining compliance across our cloud environments felt overwhelming. we has to manually check configurations, access logs and security controls across AWS and GCP, which took up too much time. Secureframe helped automate continuous monitoring and gave us real time visibility into over compliance status keeping us always audit ready.

Some tasks are locked to admin users only a bit restrictive for small teams

Secureframe Made Compliance a walk in the Park
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and user friendly the Secureframe platform is. The Integrations with our existing tools like AWS and Google workspace made onboarding seamless. Their Compliance team was also proactive they guided us through every step, ensuring we didn't miss a single control. It feels like having an in-house compliance
What do you dislike about the product?
The Only small downside is the occasional lag when syncing data from third party integrations. It's not frequent but it can sow things down slightly during busy audit prep weeks. Other than that, it's been solid.

What do you like best about the product?
I have enjoyed using Secureframe. The frameworks are clear and easy to follow in our journey towards com0pliance and certification. A big plus has been the client support and audit support they offer. Answers to my questions have been in good time and allow for a clear conversation about how to manage a compliance concern.

I haven't honestly run into any glaring issues. Most concerns are quickly answered by support or our client manager.

I haven't identified any downsides related to Secureframe. Overall, the software platform and staff have been outstanding.

The dashboard provides clear visibility into compliance status, and the implementation process is straightforward with helpful onboarding support.

The pricing can be steep for smaller organizations or startups just beginning their compliance journey. Some integrations require manual configuration that isn't intuitive, and the learning curve for advanced features can be challenging without dedicated training. Occasionally, the automated evidence collection misses context-specific requirements that still need manual review, which somewhat undermines the automation promise.

Easy navigation to documents. Helpful customer success manager who takes feedback to internal teams and make things as smooth as possible.

If I were going to pick something, the website doesn’t show too well on mobile

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe Platform is quick and easy to setup, and the integrations worked right away with our existing tools. Their support tea is also very responsive they actually take time to explain things clearly whenever we get stuck.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features took a little time to get used to, but once we figured them out, it became smooth sailing. It not really a deal breaker, just part of the learning curve.

Secureframe has really made our security compliance process easier to manage. Before, we spent too much time tracking requirement manually. Now everything is organized in one place, making it simple to stay audit ready and meet insurance regulations.
