What Like most about secureframe is how easy it made compliance for our team at ACE Training Ltd. The setup process was straightforward and the interface feels very user-friendly. We didn't deep technical knowledge to get started. Their support team guided us at every step, answering questions quickly and clearly. It integrates well with our cloud tools, which made managing audits and documentation so much faster than before.

There isn't mush to dislike, but I wish the dashboard had more customization options for specific education focused compliance reports. Still, it's a very reliable system overall and meets our needs well.

We’re Unique Photo, and we’ve been using Secureframe for security compliance for roughly the last seven months. I like that the platform is also user friendly and easy to navigate, simple to track tasks and documents. It was straightforward to implement and married easily with the tools we already used, which afforded us efficiency and minimized manual labor. Customer service has been great and very accommodating to us when we have questions. We use it often to track progress and to ensure we’re staying audit-ready.

The product is feature-rich, which can feel daunting for smaller teams. A basic dashboard for getting a glance of the day would make daily usage even more effective.

Prior to Secureframe, compliance tracking was done using spreadsheets with manual follow-ups, which was time-consuming and repetitive. “It’s all centralized now, so it’s easier to keep track of records, enforce compliance and be prepared if you’re audited.” Our 1 year subscription, has been able to keep the team more organized and we are going to renew it, as it still meets our security compliance needs.

We primarily use Secureframe to help us manage our security compliance needs at DuploCloud. I’ve had it for about seven months now and it’s been solid and reliable. The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate; it didn’t take long to set up. It plays nice with our other tools, that means less manual tracking. I also like that support jumps in super quickly when we have questions about settings/documentation or need to report a specific bug!

The service has a wide variety of compliance tools, which can feel somewhat onerous for smaller teams. A simpler, more customizable dashboard would be helpful.

Prior to Secureframe, we were tracking compliance documents and reminders across multiple spreadsheets. Now, we keep everything in one place, saving time and reducing the likelihood of human error. It makes it so much easier to remain audit ready and keep all the records up to date. We bough an annual subscription and plan to renew as it still suits our compliance needs.
