Effortless Compliance Management with Intuitive UI and Seamless Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe has made it super easy for our team to manage compliance across all teams. As an ops manager, I have enjoyed having a single place to track our vendors, data policies, and audit progress. Automation for reminders and tracking documents has eliminated manual follow ups. The UI is intuitive even for non-technical members of the team, and Slack integration ensures everyone’s in the know without more emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup was a bit of a learning curve to get started especially when importing older vendor records. Some reports could offer more in the way of customization. Other than that, the platform has been reliable and responsive when we encountered issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a disjointed compliance workflow of different tools and different people using them prior to Secureframe. Now, everything is centralized. “At the end of the day, Secureframe audits our policies so we don't have to - and it automatically notifies us when it's time to update something or before a deadline.” It has also helped us to have better flow of communication between our IT and operations teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe helps our retail team stay organized with compliance-related tasks, preventing any chaos. I appreciate having everything—SOC 2 documents, vendor certificates, and more—in a single, easily accessible location. The dashboard is intuitive and notifies us when renewal dates are coming up. I especially like how user-friendly the system is, even for someone like me with limited technical experience. The onboarding checklists and policy templates have saved me hours of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initialtial setup was a little time consuming because, because some of our older vendor systems did not sync right away.Plus, reports mightalso load more quickly when multiple users are logged on at the same time. Other than that, it’s smooth sailing once it’s set up. The support staff is great, but sometimes you have to wait on a response queue longer than you like during audit season.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we started using Secureframe, our compliance processes were spread out across various spreadsheets and email threads. Now, everything is centralized in one place, making it much easier to keep track of policies, vendor audits, and internal reports. It's simpler to spot when something is missing and to identify exactly who is responsible. Additionally, audit preparation time has been reduced by at least 40%.

Secureframe takes the stress out of Compliance, It's a super easy to use, and everything from tracking policies to managing evidence feels organized and simple. Our tea at Svartitinur really appreciates how intuitive the dashboard is, we can stay audit ready without needing to chase documents.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part is how easy it is to monitor compliance tasks without swimming through a bunch of spreadsheets. Everything remains orderly, and the dashboard provides an overview of what’s done and still to be taken care of. The reminder system is great — it’s saved us from missing renewal dates more than once. And it helps that their support team is great — when we report something, they actually listen and fix things quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not perfect. Faster loading for the reporting-page (especially with larger data sets). Also, a handful of integrations require extra steps to configure. It’s great once up and running, but the setup could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Thera, managing compliance across clients was a pain — too many files, too many tools. Now, everything is consolidated. We use it weekly, occasionally daily for audits. It has cut our manual checking time down a lot.
We set it up within a month and have had a plan for 2 years which we’ve renewed once at, I think, about 20% off. About 90 percent of our users actively use it. For us, the payoff was in just the first year because it saves hours of audit prep every month.

What I love most about Secureframe is how it simplifies the entire compliance and audit process. From SOC 2 readines to continuous monitoring, everything is clearly organized and easy to track.

Personally, it feels like Secureframe was built for teams that want to keep compliance from getting overly complicated. The dashboard is simple, and the audit trail provides a clear understanding of any modifications / actions. I particularly love how it keeps our documentation up to date for us automatically — less spreadsheet chasing, more progress tracking.” The integration with Google Workspace is helping everyday productivity enormously, too.

There is a learning curve in the beginning, particularly with tailoring reports. Its interface might seem somewhat cumbersome when several audits are being run at the same time. And I’d like to see more flexibility for exporting analyses — the templates are nice, but they could be a little broader.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how user friendly secureframe's dashboard is. everything from onboarding to ongoing monitoring feels intuitive and well organized. The integrations with tools we already use like AWS and Google Workspace made setup a breeze. Their customer support is one of the best I've experienced responsive knowledgeable and genuinely invested in our success.

Honestly, There's nothing negative to point out. Every features we've used has worked smoothly, and the platform continues to improve wit regular updates.

Effortless Compliance Automation, but Migration Takes Work
What do you like best about the product?
After handling our SOC 2 compliance at Sprinto, a transition to Secureframe was an easy choice for the automation and User Experience upgrade. The best change, from what I can see, is in the philosophy of evidence gathering. Secureframe’s technology categorizes and maps evidence from our AWS cloud and Jira instances automatically with very high accuracy, greatly lessening the time I used to spend manually reviewing in Sprinto. The dashboard is cleaner as well, which helps give our (team) an at-a-glance view of where they are in terms of compliance without a lot of distractions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The migration away from Sprinto did take some effort to trace back our controls and re-assert certain evidence. And though Secureframe’s support was useful, it was a project in its own right. Some of the policy editing features, though powerful, present a different workflow that I found a bit more difficult to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The switch cured our audit-time scrambling headache. With Sprinto, we would often have to hand-hold auditors and manually bridge the gaps for context within evidences. With the increased level of automation provided by Secureframe and clearer reporting, the entire audit process is also far more predictable and less stressful. This has been a great benefit to our company by saving about 40% in internal compliance hours, enabling our IT team to apply themselves toward the support of their core AI driven QA platform.
Highly Automated, Intuitive Compliance—Migration Takes Time but Worth the Effort
What do you like best about the product?
I just came out of Sprinto and the big difference with Secureframe is that they are simply way more automated and way more integrated. The platform also integrates directly with our backbone systems—our Azure AD, GitHub organizations and AWS environments—and automates evidence classification with an insanely high accuracy. This eliminated the time-consuming manual tagging and collection of evidence I spent half my week working on. The centralized dashboard provides a my compliance status in easy to see real time, and is significantly more intuitive than our old system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first migration of our current compliance database from Sprinto took an experienced team a few weeks. Some of the finer control settings take a bit to learn, but in the end, you get back what the extra complexity always promised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe has essentially solved the issue of scale in our compliance program. With Sprinto, staying compliant as we scaled started to become more of a manual activity after the fact. “It used to be such a headache, but with Secureframe’s automated evidence collection, and ongoing monitoring, it’s become an easy and proactive process.” This is great for our IT team who are saving dozens of hours each month that were spent before on manual audit preparation so we can focus our time on the strategic projects to enhance our own digital employee experience platform.
