Secureframe is great!!
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe has a great team, is super responsive and flexible, and their product streamlines SOC and ISO compliance into a much needed structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! Secureframe has been a huge help for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe has helped us easily achieve compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001. Our customers have a clear way to ensure our trustworthiness as a service provider.

Secureframe offers the complete package for getting your SOC 2 report fast
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe streamlined several steps for us, automating hundreds of manual tasks. We were assisted in fetching our vendor data and our employees easily onboarded themselves through their seamless workflows, saving us time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge we faced was them not covering HIPAA as well. But from what I know, it is in their pipeline
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were launching a new product and were looking to demonstrate the product’s trustworthiness, so SOC2 report made sense for us
Secureframe is as easy as SOC2 gets
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe lays all of the steps and requirements out for you, and holds you accountable to getting them done. It’s not just a tool, it’s a project manager as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the process can feel a bit manual. It would be great if the checklist was more automated.

Need that SOC2 cert!
Easiest way to get compliant on SOC 2 and ISO 27001
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe was instrumental to get us compliant for both SOC 2 and ISO 27001. We chose Secureframe over other competitors because they had support for both programs from the beginning.
Their product is great and we are very happy that their integration does not require installing any agent on our server infrastructure or company laptop. Another great thing is that uploading evidence to the auditor portal was almost entirely automated and we could skip most of that process.
The team is top-notch experts on SOC 2 and helped us the whole time during the whole certification journey.
2023 Update: we are still happy Secureframe customers. Their product keeps on getting better and we are now at our 3rd successful audits for SOC2 and ISO27001. Highly recommended!
