Secureframe a Game Changer for Cloud Compliance & Audit Readiness.
What do you like best about the product?
The Tool is simple to use and easy to set up, even for team without deep technical backgrounds. we love how it automates evidence collection and connects smoothly with our existing tools, Best of all their customer services is outstanding. The support team is proactive, patient and genuinely invested in helping us succeed.
What do you dislike about the product?
We'd love to see more flexibility in reporting and dashboards some audit views can be a bit rigid depending on the framework
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe has taken the stress out of audit prep. As a financial services firm, staying compliant is critical and their platform gives us rea time control over our cloud compliance. It's helped us cut down manual work and get audit ready faster, with much more confidence. Everything is just more organized and accessible.

What do you like best about the product?
The Platform is easy to use and didn't take long to get the hang of. we especially like how it integrates with our system and pulls in audit evidence automatically. it's clear they've thought through what auditors actually ask for. Their support team has also been fantastic always responsive and helpful whenever we've questions. It just feels like we're always ready for an audit now, not just once a year,
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup wasn't completely smooth, we ran into a few issues connecting older systems and it took some back and forth to get everything running right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Audit season used to be incredibly stressful for us. Secureframe helped centralized all our controls, policies and evidence in one place, which made a huge difference, instead of scrambling to gather documentation or track changes, we now have a clear, real time view of of where we stand. it's made staying complaint feel manageable not overwhelming and saved us a ton of time in the process.
SecureFrame made our SOC 2 journey surprisingly painless.
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, before we started using SecureFrame, just thinking about SOC 2 made me anxious. As someone handling the process, I was dreading drowning in spreadsheets, chasing down documents and constantly worrying about missing deadlines. But SecureFrame turned all of that around.
What really stood out was how intuitive and guided the whole experience felt. The platform is so easy to use, it takes something as overwhelming as compliance and breaks it down into simple, bite-sized steps. Instead of getting lost in dense regulatory jargon, I had a clear checklist to follow. And the setup was smooth. We connected tools like Google Workspace and AWS in minutes, and SecureFrame automatically started gathering the evidence we needed. That alone saved me hours of manual work, no more digging through files or writing policies from scratch or follow ups on multiple fronts with different teams.
I also can’t say enough good things about their support team. They were quick to respond, super knowledgeable and always gave me practical advice. It never felt like I was dealing with some faceless vendor, they were more like partners, genuinely invested in helping us succeed. There’s so much packed in policy management, security training tracking, vendor assessments, onboarding checklists. It’s like having a compliance command center.

At times, the number of features can feel overwhelming, especially for new admins learning the platform. There aren't many downsides but some access reviews still require a bit of manual oversight, like verifying user permissions across systems and asset inventory.
Additionally, in terms of Frequency of Use, I found the bulk of my active time was during the initial setup and preparing for the audit. After the initial heavy lifting, the ongoing maintenance is so streamlined that I sometimes found myself needing to actively remind myself to check in on the dashboard. This is, of course, a testament to how well the platform automates things, but it could benefit from even more prominent ongoing prompts for regular check-ins to ensure nothing is missed between major audit milestones.

The platform is super easy to use and clearly designed with he user in mind, Integrating with our existing tools was simple and we love how much of the process is automated. Their customer support has been outstanding fast responses, helpful advice and they genuinely check in to make sure we're doing well. It fee more like a partner than just a tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Platform is strong overall, but there are few area that could be more flexible especially around custom reports or tailoring things to our specific healthcare needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Health organization, compliance is non- negotiable but it used to be a major headache. Secureframe took that stress off our plate. It automates evidence collection, help us stay audit ready and makes it easy to track progress. we're saving time and reducing risk, which means we can focus more on patient care and less on chasing compliance tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The Platform is clean, easy to use and fits right into our workflow. setup was quick and the integrations with AWS, GCP and GistHub just work. The alerts are super helpful and the dashboards make it easy to know where we stand. Their customer support has been excellent quick to response and genuinely helpful whenever we have questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some Of the report can be slow to load, especially with lots of data. The UI could use a little polishing in some area. It can feel bit busy when managing multiple frameworks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe takes the pain out of staying compliant in the cloud. Managing frameworks like SOC 2 used to be time consuming and manual. Now, everything from evidence collection to risk tracking is automated and easy to flow. It helps us say audit ready without pulling resource away from core work. it's been a game changer for keeping our Compliance on track.

The platform is super easy to use and was quick to get up and running. Integrations with our cloud providers and internal systems were smooth and we love the automated reminders and real time compliance tracking. What Really stand out is the customer support, the team is responsive, helpful and genuinely cares about getting us what we need, fast.

Cloud Compliance used ot be heavy lift for us lots of manual work and back and forth during audits. Secureframe changed that. It helps us stay ahead of SOC 2 and ISO 27001requirements without pulling resource of key project. It connects easily to our cloud tool, automates evidence collection and gives us peace of and knowing we're audit ready year round.

Secureframe is super easy to use, even for people who aren't deep compliance. The Audit dashboard gives us a clear picture of where we stand, and the integrations with our tools making pulling evidence a breeze. Also, their support team is seriously amazing always quick to reply, friendly and they actually care about solving your problem. That Level of service is rare.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up custom controls took a bit of trial and error. It's not a huge isuess, but we wished that part was a little mor flexible.

Securerame has taken the stress out of Audit season. instead of chasing documents and spread sheets, everything is in one place and automated. It's helped us stay organized and ready for audits without the last minute panic. For a retail company like us, that kind of visibility and control has been huge win for compliance and peace of mind.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Secureframe is the ease of use within my organization. As an employee, Secureframe made is very easy to do all of my onboarding on Secureframe. Also, it allows my boss to update policies easily, and it will even send out a notification to all employees if there is a new policy that needs to be read. Very useful.

I enjoy everything about Secureframe, it is a very good platform.

Secureframe solves the problem of have a centralized way to inform all employees of policies that keep the company compliant for everything they need to. This allows my organization to know that we are compliant with everything we need to, so we don't get in trouble
