Scaling to Secure the Connected Fitness Experience

  • September 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
And our infrastructure is very complex, covering hardware, mobile apps and video streaming. That Secureframe can weave compliance together in these various domains is powerful. With how smoothly Cider integrates into our AWS ecosystem and CI/CD pipelines, we are able to enforce these same security controls at every level of our delivery process from code commit down to a streamed workout played within a member's home. The ability to automatically obtain evidence for the thousands of IOT devices we have in our network is critical for scaling out our compliance efforts in a dependable manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a software and cloud platform predominantly. We have had to create a few custom integrations in order to support all of our unique security controls around our hardware devices and transferring that data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It unifies security and solves the problem of siloed security. Previously, there were a variety of teams managing compliance across different parts of our ecosystem. Secureframe is the source of truth. This provides our members with a seamless and secure experience, whether they’re using the app, the bike or our web platform, which is critical to maintaining trust in our brand.

Powerful sales acceleration tool that makes it easy for selling teams to do the results they need.

  • September 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe has been one of our most effective sales enablers. In today’s market, a thorough security review has become a baseline requirement for any enterprise sales cycle. Before we adopted Secureframe, these reviews created significant bottlenecks, with deals delayed for weeks as my team scrambled to answer lengthy questionnaires. Now, with the Third-Party Risk Management module, we can take a proactive approach by sending prospects a secure, branded link that demonstrates our compliance status, complete with automated evidence requests and risk scores. This has allowed us to shorten the sales cycle considerably and establish trust right away, enabling us to focus on our value proposition instead of getting bogged down in security paperwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales structure is excellent. While Wade is correct, I find that the reports are often too technical. I would appreciate having more 'executive summary' options that I could share with non-technical buyers, giving them a high-level overview of what we do without overwhelming them with technical details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solution addresses the direct challenge of 'security friction' in the sales process. It turns what was once a defensive, reactive task into a proactive competitive advantage. As a result, we are now able to close deals more quickly, since we can more effectively demonstrate our commitment to security compared to organizations that still rely on manual, less dependable workflows. This improvement has a noticeable impact on both our revenue velocity and our win rates.

Streamlined SOC 2 Compliance with Helpful Integrations

  • September 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really value the integrations with our vendors and tools, as they make it easier to automatically monitor compliance. Having everything connected in one place streamlines our process and saves time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The distinction between tests and tasks can feel a bit redundant, and it can be confusing when certain tests show as not in compliance while the broader section still appears compliant. It would also be helpful if the platform made it clearer which items are truly required for SOC 2 versus which are optional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe provides a centralized framework for managing SOC 2. It gives us one place to track requirements, monitor progress, and check off tasks, which has made our compliance process more organized and manageable.

Smoother travel for customer data, from checkout to luggage tag

  • September 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
In travel, customers entrust us with personal information as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The approach is very much about control, based on technical controls and HR controls. I would like to see more physical security compliance features, as that's applicable for our retail stores and warehouse space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It addresses the problem of operationalizing compliance for a hybrid business model (e-commerce and offline). It's one system for managing and aggregating evidence from our online store, warehouse management system, and point-of-sales systems. This bird’s eye view serves us well by steadfastly maintaining (and protecting) a consistent brand experience for our customers, regardless of where they might engage with us -and that is paramount for a lifestyle brand founded on trust.

Empowering Community Banks in the War Against FinTech Security

  • September 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Our product is the digital front-end for community financial institutions so their security is our security. Secureframe enables us to concretely demonstrate the strength of our platform to our bank and credit union customers. Easy integration with our cloud infrastructure and the programmatic interface allow us to program compliance evidence gathering against hundreds of client instances. It was able to short cut our work by taking interpretations that we freely provided into the system and then with some coding, applying them to areas of the framework which usually takes months.
What do you dislike about the product?
The vendor risk management module is in depth and comprehensive, but the workflow around managing assessments for small data providers that have niche data becomes repetitious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It bridges the “trust gap” for smaller financial institutions that want to modernize. We can actually at this point send them a compliance pack to generated for Secureframe which will cut down their own due diligence loops dramatically. That’s a strong competitive positioning for us, and lets us win deals against bigger players by having better, auditable security.

Reliable Compliance Platform with Excellent Support

  • September 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe has been a solid partner in our compliance journey. The platform is intuitive and covers a wide range of frameworks, making it easier to manage SOC 2, ISO 27001, and vendor risk assessments in one place.

- The automation of evidence collection and control testing is a huge time-saver.
- Dashboards are clean and easy to navigate.
- Customer Success Managers are responsive and knowledgeable, they’ve been great at helping us troubleshoot and stay on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
System Glitches: Like many SaaS platforms, occasional bugs or glitches occur. However, these are typically resolved quickly by the support team.

Questionnaire Upload Limitations: The questionnaire upload feature could use improvement, it doesn’t always read the uploaded content accurately, which can be time-consuming to fix manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe is solving the challenge of managing multiple compliance frameworks efficiently. It automates evidence collection, control tracking, and vendor risk assessments, which used to be manual and time-consuming. This has helped us stay audit-ready with less effort and more confidence. The platform also centralizes our compliance activities, giving us better visibility across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other frameworks. Real-time dashboards and integrations with cloud services make it easier to monitor and maintain our security posture. Overall, it’s reduced operational overhead and improved the consistency of our compliance processes.

Trust, Health Care Financing One Automated Control at a Time

  • September 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We are in the health care finance business, and so we need to be the firewall between patients, medical providers and financial organizations. For our small team, the platform's ability to automate evidence collection for important frameworks like SOC 2 and HIPAA is a force multiplier. The simplicity of deployment was critical, as it allowed us to integrate Open Lending’s platform with our core banking systems and patient data platforms relatively fast. Real-time notifications of configuration drifts in our Azure environment have saved us from potential threats proactively on PHI and financial data.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a small company, the price was an important consideration. We also discovered that some of the higher-end features aimed at larger enterprises introduced complexity we didn’t need right out of the gate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves heavy compliance overhead for a lean team. It removes the manual proof that our banking partners and medical practice customers need to believe that we are a safe, compliant holder of sensitive information. This automation empowers our engineers to work on building features which help patients get care, instead of spending time to manually prepare for audits.

Building Your Business: A solid base for client-based advice

  • September 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
In my job, I consult with customers regarding what they have to work with us (and that may include talking about our digital tools such as the virtual try-on app or the home try-on program). This naturally brings up issues of privacy. Secureframe provides me, and the entire advisory team, with that foundational understanding to engage with these concerns in an authentic way. It shows that the organization is serious enough and has spent money on a system for keeping security organized, so we’re recommendations come off as more credible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flow of information from the platform to customer-facing staff is quite good, but I don’t have as much sense for what it means for me and the back-end systems I touch daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It addresses the issue of credibility in advisee-adviser dialogs. When a customer is at stake, security is no longer theoretical. Secureframe offers the confidence to give our customers reliable advice and know that they’re going to be safe in exploring these new services on which we stake the ethos of what it is that we do. That way we get the most invested customers who are happiest with our Service model.

Locking Down the Data Pulse of Millions of Athletes

  • September 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
In our workplace, where we handle extremely sensitive biometric data collected through wearable gadgets, demonstrating robust protection isn’t a nice option it’s our license to operate. The seamless integration with our Kubernetes clusters and the AWS environment allowed us to deploy compliance monitoring without having to rewrite any of our infrastructure.Auto evidence collection of the controls regarding encryption of the data and ownership is perfect. It embeds security into our CI/CD pipeline, where compliance is a byproduct of our development process, not an afterthought.
What do you dislike about the product?
The depth the platform goes into cloud security is wonderful but we found initially that we were needing to script our own tooling for some of the data pipeline services that isn’t managed out-of-the-box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s a solution to the problems of scale and trust. We cannot manually handle SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance for billions of data points as we continue to scale. Secureframe automates that and can provide a proof to our athletes that they take the privacy of their own health data seriously. This directly helps aligns them with pro sports leagues and health orgs who won’t be able to accept the guess work on part of user’s security overall company posture.

Creating Customer Confidence at the Point of Sale; RTC Process

  • September 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
On the sales floor, consumer confidence is everything. If a customer is wary about handing over an email address for a digital receipt or payment security, I can reassure them on what we do. “Secureframe has the training and documentation that allows our sales team to have these conversations intelligently.” It’s not merely a back-end utility; it’s a front-line weapon that aids us in inspiring confidence and closing sales, especially when we’re talking about services that entail more sensitive data like prescription management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our initial training for our large, disbursed retail team took a long time to roll-out effectively across all of the sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s a translation of complicated security to one simple customer benefit: peace of mind. It arms our team with the information we need to reassure customers that their data is safe it is immediate relief in lowering purchase anxiety while building long-term trust. This helps with conversions and customer satisfaction scores for my store.
