The Strategic Enabler for Enterprise Partnerships & Market Credibility
What do you like best about the product?
As a founder, my job is to de-risk our growth path and establish unshakeable credibility with enterprise customers and partners. Secureframe has played a large role in this. The fact that the platform has taken our SOC 2 compliance work and allowed us to turn it into a uniform product is a game changer. The simplicity of use it will provide a virtual roadmap for my entire team, complex requirements will be translated into doable tasks. The implementation was made super simple (including integration with our main cloud infrastructure) and their knowledge for this was amazing. My use of the dashboard is to take a weekly picture of our posture, and the volume of what I see is there gives me confidence that we are constructing a resilient security organization. The ease of integration into our operations was key in our choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial investment was big for a company at our stage, and needed to be examined through the lens of long-term ROI. Furthermore, while the platform is really good for general frameworks, customizing it to the unique and detailed needs of a few highly regulated industries which we have in our client base required additional work.

Secureframe Solves One Of The Biggest Bottlenecks To Enterprise-Level Security Due Diligence When working with major consulting firms and their clients in industries such as Financial Services, Technology etc., Whenever you do the business with these large consulting companies, the stringent security review is a mandatory process and there’s no way moving forward without that. Prior to Secureframe, this was a manual process that slowed down partnerships. We can now offer real‐time, verifiable evidence that we are in compliance. This has hugely expedited our sales cycle, boosted our credibility and even led to strategic partnerships that would have been otherwise unattainable. It has turned compliance from a technical requirement into a business enabler and differentiator.
The Compliance Engine Fueling Our A.I. Centric Retail Partnerships
What do you like best about the product?
As the CEO of an AI company for major retailers, our partners’ trust is our most valuable asset. Secureframe is the clear security foundation that enables us to keep and lose it trust. The simplicity means that my leadership team are be able to have a bird’s-eye view of our compliance status without needing to be technical experts. Ease of implementation was invaluable to our lean startup; we got Azure cloud system and GitHub repositories connected easily and with limited disruption. Installation and customer service support were second to none. I review the platform weekly as part of an executive overview, and it is a power house with features, including automated evidence collection that is tremendous force multiplier. The simple integration into our already established tech stack was definitely a deciding factor.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a lot for an early-stage company, but the return on investment in revenue from enterprise customers has been crystal clear. I’d also like to see more compliance direction specific to AI as the regulatory landscape develops in this area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe solves the core credibility issue of enterprise retailers that are selling to them. These businesses impose some heavy security requirements when providing a thirdparty access to their customer data. Before Secureframe, their security reviews were a manual and months-long bottleneck. As a result, we are able to show SOC 2 compliance on the spot, and really shorten our sales cycle considerably. This has in turn allowed us to partner with leading brands, turning what had been a cost center into an outsized competitive advantage that powers our growth.
Smooth Start with Secureframe for Audits & Compliance.
What do you like best about the product?
The automated evidence collection and integrations with our cloud tools area a huge plus. We didn't need a security team to get started, and the dashboard is super intuitive, I's saving us hours we'd hours we'd otherwise spend chasing compliance tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations felt a little at first, especially with a few of the marketing tool we use. Also, the setup had a learning curve even with support but nothing deal breaking. Just needed a bit of time to understand all the controls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a marketing firm that handles sensitive client data, Secureframe has been instrumental in keeping us audit-ready and compliant in the cloud. It streamlines the SOC 2 preparation process and provides clear visibility into our controls, which would otherwise require weeks to manage manually.
Finally, A simple way to stay on Top of Supplier Risk
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very intuitive, and our team didn't require much training to get started. The automated workflows save us a ton of time. I also appreciate how responsive their support team is—they are quick to help and genuinely understand our situation. Integrating with the tools we already use made the setup process painless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be improved. While the built-in reports address most of our requirements, they feel somewhat limited when we need to explore data in more depth or tailor reports for internal reviews. Additionally, data syncing from certain third-party tools sometimes experiences delays, which can slow us down a bit.

As a manufacturing company, we work with numerous suppliers, and managing their risk and compliance was once a slow, manual task. Secureframe has significantly simplified this process for us. It allows us to automate vendor assessments, keep all information organized in a single location, and provides peace of mind by ensuring our compliance without the usual back-and-forth.
Transformed a Daunting Compliance Project into a Manageable Process
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is the standout feature. The system simplifies security frameworks into specific actions which I can assign and monitor, a valuable thing for a Project Manager. We use it frequently because we mainly use it in our day-to-day activities to comply. The customer service team has been proactive, and I found implementation easier than expected, courtesy of clearly written documentation to connect our Azure services.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price for a company of our size at mixhers can be quite an investment. It's a big budget number, but the value is there. I think the reporting features could be more customizable for presenting a status update to executive leadership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe is solving the problem of compliance silos. It unifies engineering, HR and IT activities into one process. As this offers me unparalleled visibility of the entire compliance project, it will enable me to identify any bottlenecks early on. The tool keeps every stakeholder on the same page which is necessary for audits.
Secureframe took the stress out of our first SOC 2 audit.

Building Client Trust: The Foundation of Our Marketing Agency's Success
What do you like best about the product?
In the world of marketing, we work with sensitive client information on a daily basis — from customer lists and data analytics to campaign performance metrics. Secureframe is now our most powerful lever for establishing trust while transacting. The simplicity, for a non tech user like me the dashboard makes it very clear where we are with compliance. Ease of implementation This was handled by our IT team, but from my standpoint the transition was painless. Customer support has been useful if I had questions about how to create reporting for a client. I am on the platform almost every week pulling compliance reports for business pitches. There are a lot of bells and whistles, but the one I like best is the Vendor Risk Management module, which lets me rapidly and professionally evaluate security for new software tools we want to use. The simplicity of integrating with our existing tools so that we did not need to alter our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is so feature rich, it can feel a bit overwhelming at times. I mostly use it for reporting and vendor checks so I don’t need all of the technical depth, but it’s simple enough to navigate to what I do need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe solves our largest hurdle in sales: the security questionnaire. In the past, when a potential client (e specifically healthcare or finance) sent a 100-question security assessment, it put sales in limbo for weeks. Now I'm able to just deliver a Secureframe-generated compliance pack on the spot. This cut our sales cycle in half, allowed us to win higher end, more security-aware clients and makes our agency look like a serious professional partner. It’s a direct contribution to our revenue being up.
A Project Manager's Dream for Streamlining Security Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
The clarity it brings to a complex process is invaluable.

Undo It’s easy enough to use that I can actively track our SOC 2 readiness without being a security expert full-time. The customer service is proactive, and the software’s many useful features like the automated evidence collection from our Azure environment saved many thousands hours ofmanual work. One of our important decisions was the ease with which we could leverage Azure and it has fulfilled that.

What do you dislike about the product?
From a project management perspective, the built-in task assignment and tracking is good, but I would love to see more advanced project management features in the future, such as Gantt chart views or more customizable dependency tracking. This is a minor point, as we use Azure DevOps in parallel, but deeper integration there would be a welcome enhancement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It changes the nebulous goal of “achieving SOC 2 compliance” into a concrete, manageable project with clearly defined tasks, owners, and deadlines. My project timelines can de-risked and having the resultant proof of our security posture naked and laid out for our partners and customers can never be one bad thing in a business.
Locking Down Our Brand Partnerships and Scaling with Confidence
What do you like best about the product?
Driven scalable, secure operations as COO. As chief operating officer (COO), Driven by scalable, secure operations, Secureframe has helped us professionalize our security posture as we scale our network of hundreds of content creators and esports partners. The software's user-friendliness enabled our team to quickly get started without having our own security expert on board. The integration was seamless, and with all our core systems connected, such as Google Workspace for employee management, AWS for web infrastructure, etc. The customer support at Secureframe was responsive, especially when we needed to craft policies for our bespoke partnership model. The features are just right and align well with the rest of our workflow, especially when vetting new agencies and event partners looking to work with us, thanks to the vendor risk module. Integrating the tool into our established workflow was effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the policy templates had to be customized for our industry to suit our creator-centric business needs perfectly. It was also a significant decision for a company of our size to make the initial investment, but we’ve more than made it up in the partnerships we've secured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe solves an important business challenge: how can we achieve enterprise-grade trust with large businesses and platforms that we want to work with. Previously, our security was more casual. Now, whenever we're reaching out to a new esports league or a major streaming platform for sponsorships, we can immediately point to our SOC 2 compliance. That has in turn taken the lead on deals turning what used to take weeks into days and walked us right into bigger, more profitable partners that need solid DS proven data security which again has driven our growth in competitive gaming.
Secureframe Is Our Compliance Backbone
What do you like best about the product?
Our cloud infrastructure integrates smoothly. It checks everything in real time and flags us when there are issues that will block the audit.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to see more options to customize the reports but, that’s a small wish after the value it gives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe makes our compliance easy and helps us stay audit-ready at all times. It has lessened the amount done by hand and secured safety to a greater level.
