The online platform enables the breaking down of various security frameworks into manageable tasks with easy guidance. It’s ideal for me, as I need to organize the work, not be a compliance expert.

Although the integration with Azure is already functional, I'd like to see something more detailed in the future; Frequency of check can be service specific. These are minor points in an otherwise excellent platform.

The presentation of a detailed roadmap allows for the automation of tedious exercises. Goldbelly gets a quicker, easier path to compliance. What this means for me personally is that managing this critical company project feels much less stressful and more predictable.

End User-Winning the Entirety of Live Shopping Experience
What do you like best about the product?
In live commerce, our supply chain doesn’t just move physical goods; it juggles a continuous stream of sensitive information between shoppers, sales associates and our logistics partners. Secureframe takes that fear off the table by saying, 'We can prove that this whole ecosystem is indeed secure. The intuitive interface allows my team to securely assess our third-party logistics (3PL) providers and IT vendors through the vendor risk management module with confidence. The onboarding process was seamless and there are well-defined integration options for our core systems. The support from the customer success team was exceptional when dealing with our 'snowflake' requirement of data transfer between a video platform and an inventory management system. We use it weekly to track our compliance status, and the set of features in it provides a good overview. Ease of integration with our current tech stack was key.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform naturally emphasizes digital infrastructure and I would also like to see stronger tools around assessing physical security controls at warehouse and fulfillment partners, which is a critical component of our end-to-end compliance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe solves our problem of standardizing security best practices across a complex ecosystem of technology and logistics partners. When we’re dealing with real time payment data as well as personal customer information during live shopping events, any security hole can be potentially devastating. Secureframe gives live commerce operators everything we need to ensure all our partners are security compliant, and is good for our business because it helps protect customer trust by minimizing the hazards of day-to-day operations so that we can scale our live commerce offering without friction.
Need for Organizing Healthcare Data Compliance in A Complex World
What do you like best about the product?
In the healthcare technology industry, maintaining compliance for HIPAA and SOC 2 isn’t a mere checkbox – it’s a table stake if you want to do business with health systems and patient data. Secureframe was the one central framework that we could use to manage that complexity. I appreciate how easy it is to track policies, employee training and vendor risk across several client engagements. What was really very good and thorough as to be expected is the ease of implementation, which it can support us so well in (although we could not have done without SharePoint lookups). The customer support team knows their stuff, especially when it comes to the nuances of HIPAA. We use it daily on my team and the features, especially auto evidence collection has been a huge time saver. You are the man, why do you allow them to make this so hard, geezzz!!!Integration was a snap, thanks for the tip.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the framework was flexible the initial creation of mappings for few HIPE modules with out certain tools were manual heavy as well. Additional examples of healthcare-specific templates from similar organizations would further expedite this process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe solves the two biggest pain points In scalable and verifiable compliance. ‘With new hospital clients starting to use our platform (all who have different security assessment questions) a single point of truth for evidence has been invaluable.’ Reduced manual effort and time spent on client security questionnaires and external audits. Our organization benefits from this speedier client onboarding process, our healthcare partners can trust that we are secure, and we can take pride in following best practices for protecting private patient health information.
A Compliance Partner That Actually Delivers
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Secureframe puts everything—rules, proofs, jobs—in one spot. The step-by-step guides help you keep up, even if you're new to this area.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some words they use might be hard for people not into security, but their guides and help make it easier to get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It fixes the issue of broken compliance work. We're set for checks all year now, and our group can spend less time on papers and more on making things.
Secureframe Made Our SOC 2 Process Feel Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The automation and integrations are incredibly helpful. It pulls proof from our systems, keeps everything in order, and gives us a clear path to follow. The help team is also first class.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup was a bit overwhelming, especially for a small team, but once we got past it, the platform became easy to handle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe helped us get SOC 2 compliant without hiring a dedicated compliance officer. It saved us time, cut down on stress, and helped us make deals quicker by showing our security strength.
Securing Our Marketplace Ecosystem for Florists and Customers Alike
What do you like best about the product?
My number one priority is to ensure our marketplace runs smoothly, securely, and at scale connecting hundreds of independent florists with customers. Secureframe gives me the assurance that our marketplace is a safe space for the collection of customers’ sensitive data and florists’ payment collection. One of the big advantages is how easy it is to use. I can easily check our compliance status without needing any deep technical knowledge. Our technical team managed the easy implementation which was integrated with our core systems. Customer Support has also been very responsive when we had questions. I have used the platform on a weekly basis to check our operational standards are being met. There are so many features, especially for vendor risk management that allow us to ensure that our partner florists and delivery services also instil good security practices. Overall, the system was easy to integrate into our existing workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
A big effort to manage across tech and ops was required for the set up, a temporary operational load. While thorough, the reporting could benefit from customization for different stakeholders, such as our florist partners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software of Secureframe clears one of our big challenges – maintaining trust generally in a two-sided marketplace. It is important that both the customers and the florist feel assured. By implementing Secureframe to get and maintain SOC 2 compliance, we can show commitment to security that will attract high-quality florist partners and boost customers’ confidence when they purchase. This provides direct support to our growth and operations in a competitive market.
Securing Our IoT Ecosystem to Unlock Major Retail Partnerships
What do you like best about the product?
In my role, I’m responsible for rolling out our smart tag technology in national retail chains. The single biggest hurdle is never the technology itself—It’s always passing the retailer’s stringent security and data privacy reviews. Secureframe has been what has unlocked the door to these retailers. It’s so easy to use that I—an untechnical manager—am able to generate the compliance reports and evidence packs retail CTOs need. Our tech team implemented it but from my perspective, it was seamless. The customer support has been excellent when I’ve needed help finding certain docs for a client. I use the platform weekly to get ready for client security audits. The ease of integrating with our systems means that since the data is always current, I can rely on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is very strong and that makes us sometimes get lost looking for a very specific document which is required for a particular client response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe tackles our most significant challenge: trust. When we enter a meeting with a large retail store, they need to know our Internet of Things devices and the consumer data they provide back are safe. Before Secureframe, these security reviews could halt a rollout for 6-9 months. Now, we can demonstrate SOC 2 compliance on the spot. As a result, we can run pilot programmes faster, execute national rollouts sooner, and enjoy a competitive advantage over other IoT vendors who cannot offer that level of certified security. It's the foundation that enables us to scale our retail activations with confidence unconditionally.

Dramatically Simplified Our Compliance Journey for Azure.
What do you like best about the product?
As a project manager, I was impressed by the ease of use and installation. Secureframe gave us a straightforward plan to follow for our SOC 2 compliance that all stakeholders could clearly see. We had one platform which tracked everything rather than managing a complex spreadsheet containing hundreds of controls. We connected to the Azure Portal easily, which drew evidence for a great number of controls. This saved engineering hours of work. The customer support team was very quick in responding to our questions regarding the tech setup.

What do you dislike about the product?
Though the core platform is great but the learning curve on team members that are not security experts was rather steep at first. Because most non-core team members do not use it often, they sometimes need a refresher on where to find specific documents or how to complete a task assigned to them. It would be amazing if there were more guided walkthroughs or role-specific dashboards for ease of use for infrequent users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe is working to make enterprise-level security compliance easy and manageable for a growing company like mixhers. 2027 IT’s framework has made it easier for us to demonstrate our security posture to any potential enterprise customers. Since we have a robust yet auditable system, the advantage is that we can now confidently pursue larger contracts that require SOC 2 compliance. Importantly, we have kept the project on track and within scope.
A Smooth Star With Secureframe for Vendor Risk & Cloud Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
We love the centralized view of vendor risk, real time alerts and how easy it is to assign tasks. The platform feels intuitive even for Non-Security folks, and onboarding was fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some Integrations took a bit longer than expected, and a few features feel like they're still maturing. we'd also like a bit more customization in reports and dashboard views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe helps us manage third party risk and cloud compliance without needing a dedicated team. It makes audit prep smoother and vendor tracking easier from day one.
