Secure frame is the one of the most helpful platform for preparing for a SOC or ISO audit.
What do you like best about the product?
There are quite a few features i liked about secureframe.
1. Seamless integrations with a number of apps, tools and platforms.
2. Well documemnted and structured application format. Every aspect of the compliance audit readiness tasks are very clearly presented with instructions.
3. The controls and tests are also structured in a very precise format.
4. There tests post integrations are always updated and can help with the state of the environment.
5. They have AI validations which are very helpful.
6. Secureframe themselves are very helpful and respond immediately.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features I haven't yet found on the platform, but since I haven't explored the documentation, I'm confident I'll find the answers there. At this point, there's really nothing that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a startup, preparing for the Audit (SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2) has been quite challenging. Once we started using Secureframe, our next steps became much clearer and easier to track. Although we already had many compliance controls in place, mapping them to the appropriate controls and tests was difficult. Secureframe’s structured format made this process much more manageable. Beyond compliance, Secureframe also assists with employee onboarding, security training, risk management, and vendor management. Overall, it is a very helpful platform with thorough documentation and strong support.

What do you like best about the product?
As an IT Project Manager, I led our SOC 2 Type I compliance initiative and found that Secureframe provided the project structure we had been missing. Its intuitive dashboard made it easy for me to track task completion across multiple teams, even though I don't have a deep security background. The straightforward implementation was a major factor in our decision; we were up and running in under a month simply by connecting our AWS cloud environment, GitHub repositories, and Google Workspace. Customer support played a key role, offering clear and helpful guidance on how to properly scope the audit. I rely on Secureframe daily to monitor progress and assign new tasks. The platform offers a wide range of features, and the automated evidence collection is essential for our needs. Its seamless integration with our development and HR systems has made evidence gathering an effortless part of our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the software is quite capable, I did experience a bit of a learning curve at first as I got used to all the features and how they interact. The price was very attractive for our budget, and I appreciated the 10% renewal discount. However, I would like to see more advanced user permission options, especially for larger teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe solved the problem of fragmented, manual compliance processes. Previously, our evidence was scattered across emails, shared drives, and individual laptops, making it difficult to manage. Now, we have a single source of truth, which has made a significant difference for our software development company. As a result, we were able to achieve SOC 2 compliance early—an essential requirement in all our new proposals, especially for clients in the financial services and healthcare industries.

Some customization feels limited, especially for more complex workflows. Implementation was mostly easy but could use more tailored guidance for unique setups. more flexibility would boost its fit for advanced users.

What do you like best about the product?
I low how the dashboard is ease of use and how fast implementation was with their guided setup. Their customer support is expectational, they respond quickly, walk us through mappings and feel like partners in our journey. We use it daily to validate controls and fetch evidence. The number of features, especially the AI remediation and continuous monitoring, is impressive integration with AWS, GCP, Azure and vendor connectors was smooth
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside: Some of the template mappings and out of box workflows felt a bit rigid for our custom modules, s we had to tailor them manually.

At Zocket, we struggled t keep up with audit preparation, evidence collection and continuous clod control monitoring. secureframe solves that y automating control tests, gathering evidence from our cloud infra and alerting us for gaps. it gives us real time visibility into our compliance posture and reduces manual toil around SOC 2 , ISO and cloud security.

The UI is clean, setup was fast, and integrations just worked. We love the automated evidence collection, it takes so much off our plate and keeps everything moving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features could use more flexibility, especially for custom controls. But overall, nothing major we got what we needed and their support team was helpful when things came up.

Secureframe helped us get and stay SOC 2 Compliant without wasting hours on manual tasks. As a climate data company, we needed a secure, scalable way to manage compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
How it simplifies complex security needs into plain English. I'm a product manager, not a security expert. The platform guides you through each control showing what it does and how to use it. The employee training tool is so easy to set up that we could get the company trained on best security practices easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the important tasks need a desktop. It's a small issue, but as someone who travels frequently, a more capable app would be nice to have.

What do you like best about the product?
Now, everything is in one secure, organized place. This has been a godsend for responding to security questionnaires from prospects. What used to take me days now takes acouple of hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a small hiccup integrating one of our less common HR systems. Their support was helpful in the end, but it took a couple of back-and-forths to find a solution. The out-of-the-box integrations are fantastic, but just be prepared for some minor configuration if you use niche software.

This frees us up to work on more strategic projects. The benefit is both time saved and the confidence that our security practices are documented and verifiable at a moment's notice.

Created A Simple Way Of Incorporating Supplier Risk Management Into Everyday Life
What do you like best about the product?
As the person responsible for managing our stock and overseeing the group of suppliers who provide parts for our air motors, I have seen significant improvements since we started using Secureframe. Previously, Fly.io's supplier vetting process was lengthy, but Secureframe has streamlined it considerably. The platform is very user-friendly, and the dashboard allows me to quickly check which suppliers have or have not completed their assessments. Implementing Secureframe was simple; within the first week of our one-year subscription, we were able to send out security questionnaires to our top-tier component suppliers. The Customer Support team was very helpful, assisting us in customizing these questionnaires for our manufacturing associates. I use the platform daily to monitor our progress. Secureframe offers a wide range of features, but the vendor risk module is the one we rely on most frequently. Integration was straightforward as well, and we appreciate that it can function as a standalone system without requiring a complicated connection to our existing inventory software.
What do you dislike about the product?
For our specific needs, the system offers a level of depth that we don't always take advantage of, which can make straightforward tasks like supplier checks feel somewhat roundabout. While the price was reasonable, particularly with the 10% discount we received at renewal, I do wish there were a plan tailored for companies interested solely in using Vendor Risk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using Secureframe, we did not have a formal evaluation process to determine how secure our vendors were. We had simple contracts and trust. And now, we have a consistent process to make sure our partners are treating our data and intellectual property securely. This is helping us in reducing procurement risks by giving proof on the recorded due diligence as has proved to work for us our client audits.

What do you like best about the product?
Watershed has been using Secureframe for over six months now to automate our security compliance requirements for our retail software platform. Dashboard Management is simple and getting through the dashboards and control assessments is rather easy to do. Secureframe integration with our existing systems (including our internal workflows) was seamless, and implement was simple. The assistance we get from customer support whenever we require guidance is also fast and responsive and we use tentatively as it is a part of our routine compliance checks. From control tracking to automated evidence collection, the number of features that comes with it caters to almost all of our compliance needs and none of the additional tools are needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall Secureframe proves to be useful, but there is some room for improvement on their reporting features — specifically the ability to customize compliance reports for different audiences. Sometimes creating in-depth reports involves extracting data and fine-tuning it outside of the platform, which means extra steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe is helpful for Centralizing and Streamlining our security compliance kit which reduced use of spreadsheets and manual tracking. It allows you to monitor, test, and document all relevant controls, making SOC 2 audits and continuous security assessments much more manageable. Secureframe reduces the time required during audits while providing a clearer view of our compliance posture that enables us to govern internally, and instill client trust. Our renewal of the platform each year helps ensure continuity of the business and that our compliance processes remain aligned.
