Secureframe Made Our Audit Process Stress Free and Organized
What do you like best about the product?
The Setup was smooth, and the interface feels clean and easy to navigate. I use it regularly to keep tabs on audit progress and I love that everything updates automatically. The support team is always quick to help, which makes the experience even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Only small issue is that customizing reports takes a bit of extra effort. Aside from that, the tool fits perfectly into our workflow and saves us a ton of time during audit prep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Securframe, managing audits was time consuming and scattered. Their platform brough everything into one place documents, checklists, and reminders. It's made audit tracking simple, transparent and a lot less overwhelming for our compliance team.

What do you like best about the product?
I Really Like how Easy to use the platform is. It doesn't take long to learn and everything feels organized. The automated updates and reminders save us so much time, and the customer support team is always there we need help or guidance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Only Small Challenge we faced was helping a few of our small suppliers adjust to the system. It took a little time for them to get used to it, but once they did, things stared running smoothly without effort on our end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Secureframe, keeping track of all our suppliers and their compliance records was stressful and time consuming. Their Third party & Supplier risk Management tool helped us organize everything in one place, spot potential risks early and feel confident that our vendor relation stay secure and compliant.

What do you like best about the product?
I Really like how straightforward the dashboard is everything feels intuitive even for new users. The ability to automate vendor follow ups and share compliance reports quickly has saved our team a lot of back and forth. Their platform makes complex vendor checks feel simple and organized.

Nothing negative about Secureframe, I really appreciate the team it's been a positive experience.

What do you like best about the product?
The Secureframe platform is user-friendly and integrates smoothly with our system. Their customer support is exceptional, consistently providing quick and helpful assistance.

At first, it took us a bit of time to get the hang of it, but after we learned how to use it, everything has gone smoothly.

Secureframe has significantly simplified the way we at Sedna Health manage vendor security and privacy checks. What once took a considerable amount of time is now well-organized and easy to oversee.
Secureframe Made SOC 2 Compliance Simple Fast, and Audit-Ready.
What do you like best about the product?
The reason I like about Secureframe is that it has streamlined our SOC 2 compliance process. Previously, it was a lengthy task to maintain controls, gather evidences and be ready to undertake audits. Much of that work now, becomes automatic. We have a good overview of our compliance status through the dashboard, and the reminders keep us on track of all things. Their onboarding staff were also excellent, they took us through setup and ensured that we were conversant with every step. It is very sincere that we have added another member to the team that is committed to compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our tools were not directly integrated initially, and thus we needed to make some manual configuration. This was not that big of a deal but the availability of more pre-built integrations would make matters even easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe has assisted us to leave behind the manual spreadsheet and documents dispersed to a centralized automated system of managing SOC 2. It has significantly cut back on the time that our team is spending controlling and gathering evidence by a significant margin. Audits become less stressful now and we are far more confident on our current compliances posture. It has been worth it only in the visibility and time savings.

What Stands out most for me is their amazing customer support always friendly, quick to respond and genuinely helpful. The dashboard gives us real time updates which makes it easier to stay on top of vendor performance.
