Lead can be transferrable. This is something issue in terms of sales.
Sometimes call records doesn't found.

In sales, it is essential to remember customer and salesperson discussions.
Leadsqaured helps me a lot in these cases to remember and shows the follow-up notes for every lead.

Simplify Client handling : LeadSquared
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how one can easily manage existing and new potential clients with various engagement features being provided by LeadSquared, like Lead Score, Stage, Emails, Texts, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the platform is good, but most of the interface looks outdated and quite boring, this is something that can be worked upon and will make the platform more interactive and intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in the sales operations department, and it helped me in analysing the lead pipeline that the company had and how it can be optimised to make it more frutiful.

What do you like best about the product?
Leadsquared has a very easy to navigate dashboard. It's ability to support both marketing and sales functionalities is extremely useful. It's lead scoring mechanism is easy when it comes to prioritizing reach-outs and the lead history can be accessed through a single dashboard which is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
LeadSqaured's marketing functionality, such as the landing page builder, is excellent with a drag and drop low code no code feature, however, it can be limited as compared to other solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadSquared as a CRM is very holistic and, in my opinion, one of the easiest CRMs to work with. Its lead-capturing functionality is very efficient. For marketing leads such as events or webinars, it is easy to track the status of each lead using tags and filters, which is very clunky when it comes to hubspot or SFDC.
Cool CRM Tool For Sales Enablement
What do you like best about the product?
The First and the best Customer Relationship Management tool I used in my career. I learned how to categorize the leads as per their interest and requirement. It has many stages to manage our resources efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes LeadSquared lagged too much; it takes time to reload, and the mobile version also not works appropriately, it works well with tablets and in mobile phones only when we turn on desktop mode
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this platform to manage the leads given to me and drive the sales cycle efficiently. I create a sales pipeline and track it through this CRM tool. It records all the voice conversations and email conversations with the clients, making me recall the clients' profile every time.

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple filters can be easily created. If you use them very often, all the filters can be saved on the right side.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it becomes challenging as the filters can confuse you and not give you the desired result. A bit of a TDS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of calling directly rather than opening a second tool for calling. Easy to track your teammates with optimum efficiency. The dashboard is also helpful in seeing which lead has done some recent activities.
Good CRM for Marketing Campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
I have used this CRM in my previous firm for Marketing campaigns and automation. This has more key features around custom email templates, scheduling mass email campaigns, landing page building, lead tracking, campaign analytics, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across any downsides as I was using this CRM for almost 2 years as a power user. Not sure if this is rectified now - we don't get notified when the email credits are about to be exhausted.

Easy to use interface
What do you like best about the product?
It is very straightforward and has an easy UI. It costs much less that other CRMs and offers capabilities at par with its competitors

We happen to find a few bugs here and there occasionally. But these are very small bugs that gets resolved quickly

It tracks the life cycle of a lead and helps the sales team keep track of their prospects. Great way to track the progress of a lead to customer

Some customer flows in post Sales area take more time to develop. More flexibilty can be present here

Customer Onboarding funnel is completely captured in LSQ and it is quite useful. We get the detailed view and a snapshot for the managers
As a Sales person LSQ is best app toh Mantain data and easy to acess any leady

LSQ is best for acess files .lead details .call disposition.or tagging and also best part is we can send the mail through LSQ we can create task .note sales activity

Every thing is good good sometimes it's take too time when some refresh the leads and apps reports section are not useful for me as well as my colleague also

Basically LSQ for corporate as well as bpo so according to me LSQ for mai tain data or leadsand i think there is no problem in LSQ i also using in chorme (view in desktop use)
