Smooth CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Interface which is very easy to understand and smooth flow between the pages whch makes the user experience much better
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, but if i have to say 1, there are market player who offer same features at lesser price
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
managing huge lead set, reminders on follow up(via mail and mobile notifications

Can make calling to clients easy with using could calling feature with software.
Easy to use & can manage custom changes accordingly to business type .

It's more convenient as everything is in place, using since long back where everything can be integrated as well as cloud calling feature added plus all details can be sighing it

It sometimes uses high network usage but it's really helpful

Filters, Analysis, Tracking of call times and dialouts etc. Easy to understand, best tool for Sales Navigation far more better than LinkedIn navigator. Userfriendly

Which clubbing different filters someone it shows vague answers. Complexity in applying different filters. Analysis reports not very useful. Manager access needs to have some approval to higher management to avoid favourtism

Funnel creation is very precise in LS. Funnel filtration is great too. User-friendly for newcomers. The sales process can easily be tracked by LS. It has everything which a salesperson needs in it

As such nothing is there to dislike, but still they need to take care of training part

The integrations is kickass, the updates are timely and you can automate lot of things. Most of the features you use are present there, but it can be little technical to fully be hands-on. The automation is good
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides are- Can be little techincal for people to be comfortable. Not too user-friendly as other players, do not have all the integration of all marketing channels.

It solves to track lead movement, tracking leads down the funnel, market them and lets you use features at one place to keep your audience engaged.But it is not very updated and does not provide 360. degree marketing

I have been using this CRM for quite a while now but for someone who started using this recently, the user interface is somewhat complex and may require a learning curve.

im dislike , when we are apply any activities on any lead is , following ,or followup ,its directly change lead stage , Automatically ,Automation by system ,its is difficult to find any lead by applying filter
