Fully Customizable with cost
What do you like best about the product?
LeadsSquared is something which every callcentre should go for. Everything is customizable with so many API integrations. The beuty is you can even use in your mobile that too hassle free. It is preety Cool...!!
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes more time to get the customizatios done, The process is lengthier. It also costs more compared to other CRMS. Apart from this I should also sugget that the Team should try reaching to all the clients expect prime one. And should also keep a cost as per market rates. Many better options are available with cheaper rates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was our CRM, we used to float our leads through the same, It was creating opportunities in very simple way. Dialer integration was so easy with them and they were putting everything at one place it was so useful for user as well as administrator to analyz the data and details.

The Onestop Solution towards Lead Generation and Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
It is very convienient to use , leads are arranged in a very easy to use manner , proper information about the leads are available , as a client i am also able to customise the filters . Seperate tabs are available for all the leads . Has inbuilt report section where app usability gets tracked , It also gives a knowledge of the leads where calling has been made . Customer support is also present as the activity of the customer can be tracked through LS.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been few sever issue which led to running of the CRM being slow , Call drop is also a major issue sometimes where call dosent gets connected sometimes .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LS in a way reduces our time in reaching to customer , it also provides a realtime update on the customers activity which can be tracked and thus helps to solve ondemand customer issues . Mobile CRM also helps me track the teams virtal login time and location .

What do you like best about the product?
It gives the best efficient method for the marketing autamation and task management facilities, It provides the various feature of all marketing platforms meas and provide to give best ROA in the journeys. CRM Platform helps us to reach the customers in right time in the right marketing chanel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost for generating the platform is bit larger to occupy and maintain. It has enabled feature of reporting dashboard which in other side is also bit complex to analyze in terms and metrics. CRM need to be editable in ter,s of journeys it have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Sales Performsnce Management was very complex in terms of marketing, everything was so complex that we need to do it every single time the CRM, enabled Sales marketing helped us to create the jornyes and makes it easy to bind it.

Nothing as such, but if i have to say 1, there are market player who offer same features at lesser price

Filters, Analysis, Tracking of call times and dialouts etc. Easy to understand, best tool for Sales Navigation far more better than LinkedIn navigator. Userfriendly

Which clubbing different filters someone it shows vague answers. Complexity in applying different filters. Analysis reports not very useful. Manager access needs to have some approval to higher management to avoid favourtism

Funnel creation is very precise in LS. Funnel filtration is great too. User-friendly for newcomers. The sales process can easily be tracked by LS. It has everything which a salesperson needs in it
