What do you like best about the product?
User GUI is really good in the CRM, the CRM helps in identifying the sources of different leads to filter out and help reach more potential leads for conversion
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the major disadvantage I would say is filtering owner change to other sales engineer in the company.
We can only identify new leads to filter out not other stage lead, so it makes difficult to identify if other SE's take the lead

Identify potential conversion for sales. Timeline for conversion and sharing certain data's through the CRM which can help and nurture leads for future conversion

What do you like best about the product?
People who are all entering in to the sales profession. They will face a lot of issues and challenges in their probation period, In terms of handling the prospects, their data and also their followups as well. Nearly, they will do more than 200 calls per day nowadays. To make this process simple and more precise, Leadsquared has the taken out the great solution in terms of CRM. My concern why I liked the most is all about it's simplicity and easy to user defines basic menus and its attributes
What do you dislike about the product?
I could not find any thing wrong in that platform. This platform is absolutely good and helpful for the people from industries where they are handling more clients. Especially in the mobile app, It might get updated in the lighter version. So we can access the data in a faster way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned earlier, sales was my first job in my career. Everyday i used to connect with more than 200 plus users. It was really hard hitting at that tim, Lead squared help me a lot to take up the thing in a smother way. And also it differentiated the shades of the users like toched untouched, fesh leads. Kind of. Being a sales person. It was actually helped me to made my tasks in a lighter way

If any one looking for a CRM which helps you in identify the differen kinds of users, helping in convert the prospect and also identifying the preferred customer with more easy and simpler way, then Leadsquared ia right choice for using.

What do you like best about the product?
Lead management is very easy and user-friendly. The CRM Interface is excellent. The Best part is the Lead management and marketing automation Feature, Training and support one of the big strength of Leadsquared

The most helpful thing about the leadsquared is that it will help to create a sales funnel and construct the pipeline for our business and helps to analyze the business.

The least helpful part about the leadsquared is actually nothing but they can work on the downtime and small bugs in that particular application which happens sometimes.

It is easier to monitor the lead activity and allow us to segregate the leads according to there stages. It also helps us to identify the quality of leads as well the options to update based on the conversation we have the leads

The accessibility of the application through mobile is limited such as if we want to update the stage of the lead thorough mobile application it is something bit too difficult

Analysis of leads... quality of leads.. maintaining a proper lead bucket and prioritise the importance once from the others. It also helps us to filter the leads out accordingly

What do you like best about the product?
Lead details are displayed in a neat manner that profile name, contact, mail id, region of the leads are easily notable. Activity of the leads are mapped clearly with date and time stamps. We can able to mark the status of the customers with various stages and able to add reminder to reach them at the particular time slot punctually.
What do you dislike about the product?
LeadSquared crashes sometimes and takes little more time to recover. The Reports page having 10 to 5 minutes delay to update the call reports. Support team need to resolve the queries in an earliest manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used LeadSquared for managing my leads in an effective manner to generate a strong sales pipeline. Lead filtration is effectively possible with this amazing tool that make us to categorise the leads as per the status.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend LeadSquared for those who wants to manage the leads in an effective manner and making the deals with easy lead filtration.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about leadsquared is easy to use and has enough filters to see how many leads are in what stage, and you can customize it according to you. It is a cheap option than salesforce as it is economical. Easy to use user interface. easy to integrate and also you can manage it as such that lead goes to the right person at right time. Reminders are awesome, and it gives reminders an hour before.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i think it should have is the calling feature integration so that we can track the calls and the recordings for the quality improvement as well if it had the same it would be the best CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inititially we did not had any CRM we used to manage manually and there was highly chances to forget the leads we tapped in and how many people we have reached so far and now it is handy for us to have a funnel at single clicks of the filter option and we have a proper dashboard where we can see how many new leads per day and per month we are getting for improvising the sales cycle.
