What do you like best about the product?
Leadsquared's customization options, and ability to track and manage sales leads on the go. Plus, easy interface and ability to report all factors of the leads as well as employee performance
What do you dislike about the product?
The CRM had many changes from time to time which made it hard to be consistent in the processes. As a salesperson's pov - it had many loopholes that employees can leverage. And sometimes it had very rigid UI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem in LeadSquared Sales + Mobile CRM - Very rigid updates in UI sometimes, Not an advance looking UI, Glitches at times, No data backup at times of poor connections, Many loopholes
Benefits - Very easy to understand the process, once used properly was best to ensure your performance - if the problem was lead or sales person can be easily understood with integration features with multiple other software like scheduling and reporting and calling too

What do you like best about the product?
The organized way how their UI itself helps a salesperson to work efficiently. It is very much simple and straightforward. There are numerous powerful filters to reach out to your target easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be very honest that is a very lame question. Because LS is the best. But yea I can give a suggestion. There can be certain preset activities available for quick marking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First of all, LS reduces the effort of searching and sorting prospects. Marking activities and tasks is very easy. And since it is linked with your mail you don't need to mark it separately in your calender.

1. it's really cost-effective, 2. it's user-friendly, 3. they have better eye-catching graphics, 4. we can totally customize the dashboard and reports as we require. 5. they don't charge us anything extra for the customization we requested.

1. they are still new players in the field and have a lot to integrate, 2. they take their sweet time in responding to our requests. 3. they take a lot of time to develop the customization of our request.

compact and impactful
What do you like best about the product?
Its a great app wherein all the needed information are provided in a compact and effective way. You can see call records , sales , different types of filters can be used and it makes all over work more impactful and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are some system bugs which causes similar leads to reappear again and again although one has marked them lost , whether its due to filter difect or by the system itslef is a different question
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes leads more accessible and easy to use . It also make the filter to fish out useful and priopity leads more effective to show and handle. All the leads that are irrelevant are flushed out making work more productive

What do you like best about the product?
It's best CRM I have ever used. Its accessible and quick responsive dashboard looks cool and reduces time, unlike our old CRM. Technical Team is active at any time for queries. And it makes their product Unique and valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
We 100 % meet our requirements by their creativities. Nothing which I should highlight about it. But definitely I would try mobile CRM and will see if is there any drawbacks in that.
