Easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
UI is far better than other CRM, Easy to use, help me to get reports on daily basis.
Managing lead is also a very easy task, must recommend software for sales consultants.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to improve the stability of the portal - it sometimes takes a while to catch up with all those calls being made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to manage the lead and their task efficiently.
I can also check my daily task and get task reminders over the mail.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, LeadSquare has a comprehensive set of features and functionality to help us improve our sales and calling operations. It is very easy to track each and every detail of any lead.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is quite complicated, it could have been better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking all the leads and managing all the customer information at one place.

What do you like best about the product?
It's fast, simple, and easy to use. We can add filters to our leads, categories, and lead stages, there is no limit.
It provides real-time reports of leads and integrated tools too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like the mobile app much. That's not so easy to work.
Whenever I try to book a demo for any lead using the mobile app, it doesn't work properly.
Although other features are good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of handling a lot of leads properly.
It has different functions for inside sales team and field sales team, that makes it a more useful software.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a very neat UI and easy to understand features and lead stages. One of the best features I liked was The lead score thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes it gets frozen and takes a lot of time to load. I think It can include more integrations as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me manage my accounts really well and reminders on my pending tasks was a plus too. It helped me maintain a good track of my leads and their stages

we can take followups of clients on timely basis,

no dislikes, it is very good software, so cant mention any dislikes, it has only positive points, so sorry not able to present and bad feature.

LSQ is the best CRM software

What do you like best about the product?
The easy-to-use user interface and layout of lead squared can save a lot time in training the agents and LSQ is very helpful in tracking follow-ups and call back requests
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times lead squared becomes slow in terms of marking activity or transferring a lead to someone in the team.

I think if LSQ solve these server issues it will be great

On a day to day basis lead squared helps in tracking the complete sales cycle of the consumers, where we can use it to push the candidates to get enrolled which increases our performance

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about leadsquared was the ability to add notes after each call with a lead whether he picked, did not and the conversation. Also the remind after x duration helped a lot with follow ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Leadsquared on mobile was very hard and almost impossible to use when i was an active user in 2019 to 2020.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leadsquared is definitely a decent management platform for lead ingestion and management. It does help conduct a good sales funnel development.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. All of the important information is accessible easily on the software. integration with other softwares like FreJun is very helpful and makes the wory easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes when i call with FreJun the call is not connected. sometimes it shows error when i try to open a clients profile

It is very helpful in organizing my workflow and i can easily access all of the important information in one go
