Conga Contracts is a win for Legal Operations
What do you like best about the product?
I love the myriad of features that we can use to not just streamline our process, but to allow transparency, encourage internal collaboration, and simplify the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our biggest struggle has been in the admin side of things - learning to update our fields, properly upload and utilize creation templates, set up workflows and self-service agreements - each of these things has taken a significant amount of time to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementing Conga Contracts took us from a manual contracting and tracking process into a more automated process with safety nets and the ability to track not just individual contract progress, but metrics across the entire process and company. As the Director of Contracting, this has opened up doors for us to implement self-serve contracts, show growth through numbers, and track events and issues.
AI & Cloud based Contract Management Software Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I have used CCI before along with other similar toos, but the best thing I like about CCI is the quality of ongoing product support. It meets the requirements of business well.
The software uses Machine Learning and AI to provide informed decisions around risks.
CCI Provides automated workflows for contract approvals, reminders and the capability to send related notifications. It also helps in tracking compliance changes related to business regulation and policies and also provides audit trail regarding changes that have been made,
The ability of CCI to integrate with CRM and ERP software is a very helpful feature.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have used other similar tools also but I found CCI difficult to setup initially. Also, Integration capability is good, but it's challenging to integrate with software running at different platforms
I felt a big learning curve while making myself aware of all features and workflows of the same, as they are too many features.
Also, in my opinion, it is pretty costly to afford and use in the long run for small businesses.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me CCI is solving the problem of doing contract management and analysis manually, Earlier it was a pain and time-consuming task.
Also it allows users to manage large volumes of contracts and get better insights into the contract's content.

My precious time, resources, and extra effort are getting saved, it is providing information in an organize and user-friendly format that helps to take quick decisions.

Antiquated and Clunky System
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing really. The system overall was just way to basic and provided no benfit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The whole system- their profiles were so hard to use, the reporting was atrocious, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the only thing it did was act as a electronic filing cabinet.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the visibility of contracts and tasks through the lifecycle of the contract.

The system has a lot of clicks to achieve certain actions.

Conga Contracts provides a useful way to manage our company's contracts.
What do you like best about the product?
Being both a repository for contract documents, as well as data. I also appreciate being able to create reports and search queries which are fairly easy to create.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current speed of Conga Contracts can be a bit slow, depending on your connection. Populating certain fields can be slow, as well as adding people in Responsibilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to have less e-mails floating around in Outlook and is a one-stop place to view all conversations, and contract information.
Leaves me wanting more, not as intuitive or user friendly

Requires too much middle assistance, requesters/users do not feel it's friendly, not as intuitive, need better extraction and bulk upload capabilities

Slowness of the system. It takes a lot of time to process an agreement

My firm deals with 2500-3000 contract per month and CLM helps keep sight of the progress made on each contract

What do you like best about the product?
I like having full functionality of the system it's easy to navigate and make any necessary updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue with the system is that there isn't Not enough automation.

Conga contracts helps us keep our contracts and documents in order. And helps us know where everything is in process.

What do you like best about the product?
The manner by which the software efficiently allows for rapid creation and generation is quite impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ala Carte add-ons would be great (if not on CLM wish you could add functionality to other offerings)
