Excellent way to keep your team on their cyber toes!

What do you like best about the product?
This is a great platform with amazing domestic-based support that really takes the work out of training. Initial setup has been great and the training (inside man and others) are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything but there is a small learning curve. Make sure to take the time to get set up correctly and get to know the system. The good news is support is easy to reach and super helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've had two small incidents with ransomware. I really like this tool because it allows our employees a self-help option when they feel an email is suspicious instead of trying to figure it out on their own and causing a security incident.

I found nothing with the information to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm relatively new to the PhishER, and have a couple more to open. I enjoy the new experience.

What do you like best about the product?
The training material is brief which is nice. I like the multiple examples of phishing emails and the exercises to spot them. And, as mentioned before, I like that the material is up-to-date and does not feel dated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The administrative console could use some improvement. I was able to setup a campaign with help but it could be a bit more intuitive. I also think the way to add single users to the system is a bit strange with an import option that requires one line of text or a one line CSV. And then the user must be edited to add their full name and manager's email/name if using the single line import. I also found the magic link for licenses to be sort of downplayed when that is most certainly required for the users to get licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are basically just raising security awareness across the board. I originally was skeptical we needed the phishing training since most of our users are software developers. But, after getting the results, I see that we still have folks who need the extra training.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The product is worthwhile and a good way to improve security awareness in any organization.

The Phish Alert Button as a Chrome extension

the need to re-authorize the extension, users are not notified about it and the reporting doesn't work if authorization is missing
besides that there isn't anything else

KnowBe4 Phish ER is an excellent tool to assist with phishing email

What do you like best about the product?
PhishER makes it extremely easy for your end-users to report suspicious emails and provides administrators a console to investigate and remediate the email. Integration with various platforms was easy to setup and we were up and running within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a small shop and have not noticed or experienced any issues with PhishER currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As with everyone else, our users receive many suspicious emails. We tell our users to submit anything they feel suspicious about to PhishER and let it's automation grade the level of threat that the email possesses. As the same time our administrators get notified of the submission and can review the email to make sure it is marked safe or quarantined.

What do you like best about the product?
The Phish Alert Button gives our users a simple, easy and concise way to submit suspicious emails. The machine learning review of the emails frees up our small team to work on other issues. PhishER's machine learning sends a response quickly (in most instances), which provides a positive feedback loop for our users to keep submitting emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the ViruaTotal integration is not included with the subscription. With the buying power of KnowBe4 I would hope they could have secured a deal with VirusTotal to gain access to their system that would not affect the price of PhishER to a large degree.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the rise of ransomware and phishing in general, a way for users to report suspicious emails and then have them reviewed quickly and effectively without human eyes was necessary. This solution has helped tremendously.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Tailor the email responses to your users so they sound like they are coming from you. Be relentless in forcing submissions through the Phish Alert Button.

What do you like best about the product?
Reduces the time needed to classify reported emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs to add better/more customizable reporting capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly identify reported Phish/SPAM emails and use PhishRIP to automatically remove from all users' mailboxes.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to help train our staff on security threats and have a quick way to report potential threats. It also automatically forwards the flagged email to a dedicated mailbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found a way to choose the phish hook using Apple Mail app.I wish there was an easier way to report false positives or phishing emails that the system did not identify correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have learned that we need to offer better training and information in threats via email. Automatic prioritization of emails that are not threats is great because it allows workflow to stay steady.

Turn around on Phish Alert notifications is simplified with PhishER.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about PhishER is the centralized management of all Phish Alert notifications. There are times where I might get 10-20 in a day, and instead of having to go through each one manually via Outlook, I can get through all of them in a minute or two. Also, having the ability to scan your Office 365 for an email sent in and then quarantine it has proved extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can say is the AI sometimes misses emails and flags them as Unknown. I'm sure there's a way I can tweak the settings so I don't have to manually resolve emails. One thing I wish you could do is scan for an email that wasn't flagged with Phish Alert.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of Phish Alert notifications. I was getting 10 a day and using Outlook; I was going through each one manually was highly time-consuming. I've shaved hours a month off with PhishER. Another great feature is scanning all the mailboxes for an item flagged and quarantining it.
