This platform is helpful as it provides a fun way to test and keep employees on their toes for phishing emails.

What do you like best about the product?
PhishER makes it really easy to remove harmful mail from all mailboxes that we manage. It also is really easy for users to report questionable emails for review.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far everything has been great and worked as promised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER is helping us to easily keep email more secure. It also gives users an easy way to get their questionable emails reviewed.
Good product to add on. Saves me 4-6 hrs per week
What do you like best about the product?
Helped reduce time between phishing alert and the removal of the message from the users mailbox. The feature to purge all of the emails automatically is what sets this appart

Does take some setup.and learning to get working correctly but still a massive cost savings for our department.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our problem of human error from within the equation of phishing scanning and user awareness from within outlook its self. 50% time savings

What do you like best about the product?
Users and admins alike can report emails and respond in a timely and efficient manner. Also enables us to proactively find unreported emails in other inboxes by running queries based on reported emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are cases where the query criteria don't work well. For example, with a two-criteria minimum, I often cannot match all relevant phishing emails in a query.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER has allowed us to have end users be a part of our solution. By reporting emails, we can examine headers, URLs, and attachments and even use queries to find additional threats.
PhishER makes managing our organization's incoming unwanted email so easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Customized actions to respond to reported emails. Easy overview of all incoming potential threats. Our users love that we respond with the disposition of every email they submit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have disliked so far is that when I run actions and get to the last email in the list, it simply refreshes on that same email instead of returning to the Inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER is making it easier for us to communicate with users about phish threats. We can easily see if a certain department or even the entire organization is being targeted with a phishing campaign.
I am finding this super helpful in training those who put us at risk by clicking Phishing emails.

Reporting of individual staff members as well as the automated emails for phishing.

Time it takes to setup, configure and maintain.

Deciding to move forward with KnowBe4's PhishER was a no-brainer!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of using PhishER is that the process is 100% automated. Whenever a user receives a suspicious message, it can be highlighted in the Inbox and with a tap on the PAB on the Outlook toolbar, the message is removed from the user's Inbox and immediately sent to the PhishER mailbox where it can be examined quickly by a group of admins.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still looking for a downside of using PhishER.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, when a user reported a suspicious message, it needed to be sent inside another message to the Service Desk to be able to see the header information. Now, all admins reviewing email communication receive a message announcing that a security threat has been identified with KnowBe4's Phish ALert Button (PAB) with a link to the actual message in the PhishER Inbox. This saves considerable time and removes the Service Desk from the process of collecting the message itself.

Knowbe4 and PhishER is an amazing and affordable solution
What do you like best about the product?
This solution helps our teams be protected and learn at the same time. I have peace of mind knowing that bad actors are coming into an organization that has been this tool in place and has the Knowbe4 training to spot a Phishing email.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike! As a Tech/Product guy I see a lot of future roadmap items that they could add to their overall security suite of services but I am very pleased with the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need our team members to be trained on cyber security and their role in it. The Knowbe4 training suite helps address that need. PhishER provides continuous cyber security training and protection for our teams.
