Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create rules and actions that allow us to automate actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have is I cant get the teams webhook to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating threats across the organizations mailboxes when found.
PhishER - Welcome change to the usual Cybersecurity Awareness platforms
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding team is the best - whiteglove all the way. Setup and integrations are very easy to setup and support has not been an issue if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few setup items need to be done, but overall, it wasn't that bad, especially with the support and onboarding team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phishing awareness and education - reporting and triage of emails using PhishAlert and PhishER. PhishER is automated!! Takes less time to manage the security awareness program.
KnowBe4 PhishER is an awesome product that helps me protect my microsoft 365 cloud environment
What do you like best about the product?
Your employees answer all questions and recommend best practices when setting up PhishER for the first time. I felt confident that my setup was doing everything it could to protect my environment from phishing attacks and it also removed spam email if you set it up that way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I had with KnowBe4 was integrating it with our Azure active directory. At the time of my install, it was still in development, so the users had to be manually entered. I never heard anything more about the process or if it was completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They've helped us out with best practices for onboarding new employees and also helped setup campaigns for employees that had failed the tests. It gave them more chances to pass and made it a more positive experience instead of a negative one.
I feel like its a bit cumbersome. If they make some improvements I might be more apt to recommend
What do you like best about the product?
I like that my employees find it easy to use on their end
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if I could archive items or move them to a "resolved" folder once they are marked as such.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our employees have been reporting a lot more phishing emails to it, and we have been able to use that to train others.
PhishER is very easy to set up.
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to filter out what's spam, a threat, or what's clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving the option to send any questionable emails to another inbox instead of just forwarding to IT.
Great tool to keep your team informed
What do you like best about the product?
The Information in KnowBe4 is current and up to date. Durring set up the team was on hand to answer every question I had. Made set up and training awesome. The Email with more information sent helps me keep my team in the know. I really enjoy the testing ability and KB that comes with this utility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. There is nothing in this utility that I do not like. The information given is great the training videos are great to share with the team. There isnt anything that I dislike about KnowBe4.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows my team to send a notification right from the email without forwarding the email again and again all over the company aqsking "Is this real?" Just makes it easy.

Integration with the existing Phish ALert button is cool, its lightweight and has, low impact on resources!
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot name anything that I dislike. Its a great piece of kit!

It is improving my business secops. Keeping my employees safe and my data as well.
PhishER has made managing phishing emails for my organization so much easier!

Staff can click the button and do not have to clutter my inbox with suspicious emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. It has been great! Everything works as expected and it easy for staff to use.

Giving staff a place to send suspicious emails and gives the IT team a place to view and deal with the emails.
Would not recommend the PhishER product
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is helpful as the outlook plug works, and users can select a mail item as a phish. We are able to conduct phishing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, once the user selects that item as phish, it goes into an inbox which my team has to review. Also, there is confusion from the user when they hit the phish button as they would assume that they wouldn't get any more mail from that sender, but this is not the case; the selected phish message does not change a thing except send it to an inbox for IT - It does not block the message or block the sender. This is overhead that we do not need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have a user select a mail message as phish and we can run phishing campaigns.
PhishER is a very advance tool with various functionality which saves our valuable time.
What do you like best about the product?
It has a very user-friendly interface and fully automated response. We can report all threads and also view the history of reported threads. The email security can easily assured by this tool by block all third party threads. With the help of PhishER we can easily identify certain types of threads and virus and we can save our valuable time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is fine, there is not much to dislike. Only one thing whish i dislike about this tool us that it is developed for certain cloud basis mails which sets some limitations for us, except this everything is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool increase our organization's overall email and online security awareness. It sets some guidance to our organisation's Web developers and IT department for find and solve issues and threads. The greatest advantage about this tool is that it allows steady workflow without any downfall.
