PhishER is key to dialing in our users Spam, Threat reporting and centralizing it in a Dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to setup with Google workspace
What do you dislike about the product?
Wishing the Phish report button was more widely available on ios mail, mac mail, and other email apps other than gmail and outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing our users to report any spam, phishing, threats and allowing us administrators to have a centralized dashboard that we can review past and present threats as well as setup automated rules and responses, etc.
No more threat from Phishing Emails with PhishER
What do you like best about the product?
Automatic prioritization of emails to cut the noise so that the security team can focus on the most critical threats first.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of automated response features to respond to users for suspicious emails, which are not a real threat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatic prioritization of emails, which reduces inbox noise and respond to the most dangerous threats more quickly. Due to that the security team have to spend less time in managing phishing emails reported by users.

What do you like best about the product?
Good user friendly tool for tracking Phishing Emails from the general user population
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to open the actual email in order to click on the PhishER plugin, so there are times when you are knowingly opening a SPAM/Phishing email which is not ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps users easily categorize Phishing emails

I like that it cuts through the IR noise in the inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't had anything I dislike yet. Still getting use to the platform and learning more about its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us to look at what messages are legitimate and what messages are actual phishing emails in a rather quick way.

What do you like best about the product?
Streamlines the phishing email alerting process. And empowers Users to aid in identifying a phishing email.

At this time there has not been anything to dislike.

Would not recommend for google users.
What do you like best about the product?
Not much. Most of my team is unable to use this because we are tablet based and the PAB and PhishER don't integrate with google on tablets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The PAB, which sends emails to PhishER does not work on tablets. 90% of my team is on tablets so they are unable to use PhishER even though we were told by the sales rep that this would not be an issue. Very disappointed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER works for messages reported from a computer. It filters these correctly.
Making Email Analysis Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature my team and I enjoy is creating various workflows and getting up roles to help automate our analysis. Without the automation aspect of the product, it would take longer to review emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about PhishER is the action button feature is currently limited to only 8 actions. It would be great to have additional options even though the button features helps a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem PhishER is helping us solve is by having that one place to go and review emails and obtain clean, spam, and threat confidence levels versus having an analyst guess or just off of an opinion. Another key problem PhishER is having us solve it ticket generation. With a single button click, a ticket is created where our team can write up notes and steps taken to review the email to follow a documented process.
PhishER has greatly helped our organization identify, locate and prevent phishing emails.
What do you like best about the product?
PhishRIP is very helpful removing malicious emails from multiple mailboxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the query feature doesn't work correctly and yields incorrect results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER is helping us with security awareness allowing us to use phishflipped emails in our templates for phishing campaigns in KnowBe4.
Integrated way to report phishing attempts
What do you like best about the product?
Our IT department recently installed a plugin in Microsoft Outlook that allows you to report a suspected phishing attempt with the click of a button. It's simple and effective to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike about PhishER so far. It's not a free service, so it could be cost-prohibitive for some nonprofits, organizations, and companies, but it's a great service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our IT department implemented required phishing training to all employees and then implemented PhishER in our Outlook email program. Our employees are now more knowledgeable about phishing attempts and this gives us a great way to report phishing emails without having to contact IT every time. IT even sends out fake phishing attempts to see how employee awareness has changed.
