Great software to work with

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to push out the PAB and review emails that the employees, our first line of defense, report as suspicious.
What do you dislike about the product?
The PAB will sometimes not work every time, or we will receive duplicate emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving emails getting through our email filtering and benefits the company because it allows the administrative team to be see the problems and remove them from the environment.

What do you like best about the product?
The automatic enrollment in staff training, and the constant testing to be sure everyone understands how not to become a victim of Phishing attacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's one more system to manage users as staff changes, but the trade off is well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training our staff to identify bogus email that they should not respond to. Also overall security of information on the net.

phishER great tool for checking through emails

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact I can see the original email. up until this point we were utilizing google admin for virus and phishing checks, but we coulnt review, we would just receive notice something was found
What do you dislike about the product?
not so much anything of phishER, as much as going through checking email as it is getting people to stop reporting phishing AND spam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to check through reported and found emails, being able to repourpose them for later phishing tests

Overall a decent system!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that it can take (based on confidence levels you set) automatically take actions to submitted emails. I looked yesterday and found a dozen auto-handled emails where users had marked things as spam, and it checked, found them clean and safe, and sent them back with a note that explained the returned phish alert. Very handy time-saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a tad confusing to use at times, especially around configuring the auto-actions. There is a lot of time spent going back and forth with the documentation as to how to set up the remediation - all things that a setup wizard should/would take care of, but it is left to you to discover it all by trial and error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
False-flag phishes - we spend less time reviewing user-submitted emails for things like messages from email lists they specifically signed up for, alerts from internal systems, etc. PhishER can auto-remediate these with pretty darn good accuracy.

Security Awareness without the Hassle

What do you like best about the product?
Most tools that are as versatile and adaptable as PhishER are much more complicated to use. The interface and options in the PhishER dashboard are so well explained and designed that the learning curve is not steep at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you set up rules and actions in PhishER, it's a set-it-and-forget-it type of system. The only reason to log back in is to review questionable communications and flag/ban them as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER takes most of the guesswork out of the equation when addressing phishing attacks, allowing us to focus on the most severe or questionable attacks rather than the obvious ones.

What do you like best about the product?
PhishER providing an immediate response to users reporting suspicious emails has reduced the number of emails forwarded to me when in question. Our team also uses the PhishRIP option, removing emails dispositioned as a "threat" from all mailboxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first it was a little confusing as to what manual steps I needed to take to disposition some emails and get them set to resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users are no longer forwarding emails to the IT department for disposition.

PhishER is an excellent self-service check for phishing and threats delivered via Email

What do you like best about the product?
Before PhishER, IT had to manually check every suspect email reported to us. Now, we only need to check email with an "Unknown" verdict. Saves us a LOT of time, and risk! Since email remains the primary vector by which cybersec threats are successfully delivered, having this additional layer of protection for the email that gets through our front-end scanners is critical.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside in my opinion is that as an engineer, I would like to see the specific reasons that PhishER assessed a particular email as a threat. This is a small negative, however!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER is adding additional protection to our email environment, and of course that is of great benefit. It's also providing a business benefit by automating the reporting and initial assessment of suspect email.

What do you like best about the product?
It saves our IT department a lot of time. Users can send suspicious emails straight to the service vs our inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not have any issues with the PhishER at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves us a lot of time and they help us by scanning the emails before they come to our department.

What do you like best about the product?
You're getting a lot of bang for your buck with this tool. We deployed this tool about a year ago and have had around 400 users reporting messages. Having the tool to work with our security awareness training really helped hammer down the impact phishing can have on an organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform could have a few more options when it comes to reporting back to the reporter. You can work around these limitations by making your available messages clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business had a big issue when it came to processing reported messages. KnowBe4 makes it easy to report and respond to phishing messages that come into the domain.
