Overall great product.
What do you like best about the product?
PhishRIP, by far, is the best feature of PhishER. The ability to hunt and remove malicious emails across all my tenants is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is not perfect, and will occasionally not catch all emails in the PhishRIP. Likewise block listing URL's will occasionally fail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remediating malicious emails and preventing them from landing in users' inboxes.
PhishER - New and still getting its sea-legs
What do you like best about the product?
Tight integration with Microsoft Defender and Console design for seeing what's going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
This product is still a work in progress. It's tight integration with Microsoft is both a strength and weakness. I'm getting more frustrated with Defender as an Anti-Spam Anti-Phishing platform and plan on changing. That integration will be less valuable when that happens. Also - Microsoft values its own products over 3rd party products. So even with tight integration - there's still a lot of manual action necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better insight into Phishing and quicker response to it. The PhishER Plus product allows us to use crowd sourced knowledge to block more bad senders.
Simply the best
What do you like best about the product?
PhishER automates and simplifies our email security and remediation when it comes to phishing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as intuitive as I'd like to see it when reviewing messages. It would be great to have a wizard-like walk-through process to review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER removes a lot of the manual investigating and quarantining of suspicious emails, saving my admin a ton of time and allowing him to focus on other jobs.
Very User Friendly and Great for Training
What do you like best about the product?
This has been a great addition to our employee training and gives us more peace of mind! The Phish Alert Button was very easy to install and the employees have no problem using it. It has stopped alot of phone calls and emails asking if an email is spam.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike yet. It really is a great and effective tool to have. If I do have any issues, support is always there and they are very prompt in getting back to you and getting the issues resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phishing Emails! We have so many that come in and sometimes make it through our quarantine. It has saved alot of time for everyone because i'm not having to answer as many phone calls or emails about emails people are unsure of. This in turn I believe increases productivity because people are able to deal with these emails quicker. This also helps with training because it forces them to pay attention to whats coming in and to learn what they should be opening and what they should be reporting. I feel a little safer in knowing that our employees are properly trained and it makes them more security minded.
A good tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like to be able to review a suspect email, triage it and remove it from the user's inbox if necessary. Full control over the message(s) is a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application is very complex and requires you to learn and think. It's not an app you learn through osmosis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting and triaging. This helps us get ahead of any threats.

KnowBe4 offers good training and reporting functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the dashboard interface can be more mobile-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identify a pattern of repeated spammers/threats, filter them, and reduce our users' time wasted time dealing with unwanted email.

What do you like best about the product?
The training portfolio is robust. There are numerous options to choose from to meet your organization's security training requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to navigate all the options and figure out exactly what is needed for your organization. Also, the 25 license requirement gets in the way of helping SMB's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping my customers training their teams to prevent security breaches.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that i have the opportunity to view all emails in the dashboard before the end user is able to see them. Also, they can be quarantined and deleted before the end user knows they exist.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside i've experienced with KnowBe4ER is the constant meetings in the beginning of the service. Initially, i understood why we needed to meet and onboard as much as we did, but we are nearly a year into using the service. At this point we should be trusted to fly freely, but we still are having meetings once a month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 is soloving our issue with phishing, and potentially threatening emails. We all know that the weakest point in any organization is the end user. KnowBe4 PhishER is the bodyguard to that weakness.
Capable product, especially if you use KnowBe4 for security training and phishing tests.
What do you like best about the product?
Automated remediation, ability to perform email forensics and remove emails from all inboxes (PhishRIP). PhishFlip where you can convert real-work phish emails into phishing tests is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training on the platform could be better. Also, if PhishER could interface with the actual Phish reporting from Gmail/Outlook vs. requiring the use of the Phish Alert Button that would be easier for adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remediation of phishing emails in the organization. Ability to investigate, review and remediate potential phishing emails and remove them from our environment. Automated functions is saving us time in forensics and remediation.
Great training for the most people as they you may never know.

PhishER is amazing as i have implemented it for every user in my enviroment and it has helped stop a lot of phising attempts.
I have also notice it has help reduce people asking if something is spam. they know click the button and if it is spam it will be gone for good

What do you dislike about the product?
the only real dislikes i have with the software is the deplyment to some machine. as it wouldnt work with group policy deployment. so it took about an hour or so to get the remaining machines to install the software.

im using it to solve issue we have been having with spam emails. also to reduce my spent time on looking into if something is spam or not. also is helping usings to detect spam on their own
