Very valuable addition to my InfoSec Program
What do you like best about the product?
The integration of PhishER with the Phish Alert Button and Microsoft365 has proven to be the most valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is lacking quite a bit. I would love to be able to do more in generating dashboard widgets that tell the story I want told that could then be exported to a report for my ITSC without much manipulation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removal of malicious emails from user mailboxes. When a user reports a suspicious email and that email is deemed a "Threat" then PhishRIP does it's thing.

Reduce a lot the time spent by my team checking Phishing reports

Giving the permission to read all emails

Automating answering to users which emails are from our internal phishing campaign with a button in Gmail
PhishER - Mandatory for IT Security Professionals
What do you like best about the product?
PhishER gives our employees an easy outlet to report suspicious emails and engage with the IT Security team.
The Security team can easily and effectively take action on malicious emails quickly.
The console is also incredibly easy to use and manage.

What do you dislike about the product?
The PhishRIP feature sometimes can not find emails and will return with zero results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER gives our users an outlet to report emails directly to our security team so we can take action against malicious attacks.
Phishing Defense Simplified
What do you like best about the product?
I like that PhishER will try and determing which emails are threats before I even have a chance to look into the emails. This saves me a lot of time since I don't have to look into these emails as much since I know they are a threat. Even when I have to investigate these emails, the separation of images and links and being able to click one button to scan these potentially malicious images and links is very easy. When I had contacted customer support about a new feature being added they were quick to respond and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number one thing that I dislike is that when an email is reported, every link within the email should automatically be scanned. Having to go through and individually click the scan button for each link and image is time consuming. If there was one button that said "Scan All" it would save a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of having a way to manage phishing emails. It's easy to tell employees to click the button rather than forward the email to the IT department.

There are a lot of options and it can be overwelming

KnowBe4 is helping us to solve the problem of users just clicking everything. Our users do a pretty good job of reporting suspicious emails and PhishER allows me to examine those emails and further train our end users

What do you dislike about the product?
The Blocklist feature does not support Google Workspace, which is a significant limitation for organizations using GSuite instead of Microsoft products

PhishML isn't reliable enough to allow their users to depend on.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 can test my users' anti-phishing knowledge effectively and report their learning progress on the dashboard with good reporting functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
This software can offer more mobile features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Letting our users experience the phishing email attack in their email application helps humble some of them and change their attitude about the risk of phishing email attacks. I was able to get more attention about the risk of ransom attacks as a result.

What do you like best about the product?
As PhishEr tool is One click away to report suspicious emails. Users adapted to this tool very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike: May be a feature added: when it is responding as a threat or safe email. It would be great if we could see the analysis or red flags in the email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated analysis and response and update the response to service now.
Push The Phish
What do you like best about the product?
The PhishRip process in particular is awesome. That peace of mind that these emails will get pulled from other recipients' mailboxes automatically is great. I also like that I can clearly view where the URLs are headed. There's a lot to this product!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the comments were two way. I see what the reporter puts in there. It might be nice if I could reply and the user gets an update. Soemthing like, I might want to say, "Hey, yes, this does look a little scammy, but it is safe."

Helps me show end-users that somethings are spammy, but safe.
