An Efficiency Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Users that report emails with PhishER reduce emails / tickets to the helpdesk regarding spam and potentially malicous emails. The amount of features it provides the IT department is a great addition to any security awareness training platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the only downside would be that you cannot check rigth from KnowBe4 you have to go to a separate location / page for PhishER. It would be quicker if it was just a tab in the Knowbe4 platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This reduces time spend on customer interactions for spam and potentially malicous emails. We have reduced the amount of tickets for this subject for the helpdesk and compiled all reports in one place. Providing reporting and data we can present to upper management.
lightweight and simple tool
What do you like best about the product?
Provides a global view of emails using a simple UI. A lot less clunky than Microsoft tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major complaints so farm we've yet to encounter significant problems.

What do you like best about the product?
Automated Actions allow for routine tasks on reported emails, such as replying to the reporter and notifying the ticketing system, to be executed quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be expensive if you have a large organisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were being swamped with phishing emails, and users reporting them by forwarding them to our helpdesk staff - further spreading the risk.

Simple to onboard and covers the general need for awareness training and more
What do you like best about the product?
The huge library of prepared content along with the ASAP guide to assist with the onboarding of the product got us up and running really quickly. Our customer success manager was always there to support with the onboarding and progression of our training campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The PhishER component seems a little excessive for our needs as we already have other filtering tools within Office 365. However, it does help to keep track of what our users want to report, allowing us to keep track of familiarity with phishing and spam mails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding user awareness and tracking the occasional phishing mail that might make it past our other controls and removing them from other users' mailboxes before they are opened.

So far no issue. In any implementation, we need to integrate with other security tools

What do you dislike about the product?
Language in the platform is difficult to understand unless you are familiar - eg Rooms and PhishRIP
Only shows the emails that have been reported via the PAB, can't search for other emails

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing users to easily report emails from any device, making it easy for us to action and respond to them
PhishER usage in order to filter unwanted emails.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the capabilities of the product in terms of how it filters the e-mails and correctly categorizes the unwanted ones. Also, the user interface is very easy to use and it offers all the neccesary features like also sending custom emails to users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the AI algorithms miss some of the unwanted e-mails but overall those cases are very rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us filter unwanted e-mails. When it comes to investigations it gathers all the relevant information of the e-mails and let us easily look over them. Also, it is very helpful when it comes to the customization of the responses which are being sent to the users.
PhishER is a product that keeps evolving and improving
What do you like best about the product?
This is just the start, but essentially the ability to quickly review submitted items & perform queries to rip the e-mail from all mailbox across our tenants, in addition ability to perform block functions directly from PhishER into our Microsoft Tenant without having to navigate seperately makes the process smooth & easy to control from one location. Implementing it was a breeze, simple and pretty straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside is some missing options especially when it potrays to blocking, in Microsoft you have the ability to block indefinitely, however in PhishER there is not indefinite option. While it doesn't happen often, there are instances were we would like a permanent block.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I can streamline and group phishing attacks and block by any commonalities. It integrates with Office 365 so we can push a block list automatically. The tool is easy to set up and is pretty easy to use and in today's environment it is used quite often.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not match the block conditions entirely to office 365, as you can't block emails/hashes forever. Customer Support response can be somewhat slow sometimes. Match conditions can sometimes break the platform and show nothing.

Controlling Phishing and Spear-Phishing Attacks.
Automation is the key
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that the system will respond automatically to a user that need to know if the received email is good or not. The fact that the training can follow automatically is great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the reports are ready .... it sends a link to the portal to get the report. Would be better if they receive the CSV/PDF directly in that email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users were sending their SPAM or not sure emails to our support team and created a ticket. So the support team had to check if everything was fine with it. Took an employe's value time for this. Now its done automatically in PhishER so the technicien can work on other stuff .... gaining time. And the users love it .... they are not sure, they push the phish button and can get a respond about it not too long after.
