Having trouble with PhishER
What do you like best about the product?
PhishER, allows me to guage and report on, reported phish, number of Threats/Spam/Safe/Unknown emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
PhishER intermittently errors out without explanation. As I right this I'm unable to get to it. Also, the machine learning does not seem to be learning, causing me to have to check too many unknowns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting is good but elements from reports are scattered between custom reports. If I need a report from one custom report, but other data from a different custom report, it is manual work to combine the data.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best thing is user-friendly interface, which allows users to report phishing incidents quickly and conveniently. it also reduces the risk of the organization and shows the awareness of the employee. PhishER's ability to identify and block phishing attempts
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the challenge that we faced in 6sense was with the Integration and false positives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER reduced the phishing email attacks in a significant way i.e. we used to get 400-500 phishing spams weekly and now it has been reduced to 10-20 per week. PhishER has played a crucial role in raising awareness among our employees about the dangers of phishing and employees no longer have to solely rely on the security team to detect and handle phishing incidents.

What do you like best about the product?
Phish ER is great. It really helps combat the issue of overflowing inboxes with suspected phishing emails. It prioritizes threats. The interface is also user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
Thé set up process was a bit complicated at first but I hear it has been simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It frees up IT resources for other pressing matters.
PhishER: A Vital Cybersecurity Tool
What do you like best about the product?
PhishER is a great way to manage the phishing emails that plague all organizations big and small. We are able to report suspicious emails, review the current phishing trends our users are experiencing, classify potential risks, and educate our employees on the best practices when it comes to the ever evolving phishing threat we all experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike but I do find the portal for reviewing reported emails to be a bit cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great way to manage the large load of potentially malicious phishing emails and spam that make it through our firewalls. Ignoring them is not a solution.

Love the automation, alerts and the information it collects to minimiza the time to investigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see anything dislike about it, but a suggestion is to block emails by email address instead of a domain.

The automation of spam and clean emails for our users.

What do you like best about the product?
The users to have ownership in the security of the institution. It allowed them all to feel involved.

I cannot think of any downside the employees have very positive comments

The ability to zap emails directly from the users mailbox.

Sometimes it takes a bit of time to remove the emails.

Can save you a lot of time dealing with reported phishing emails, especially if you take it all the way to the Ripping level!

We can't use the ripping feature with on prem exchange yet.

Quicker response to phishing email threats.

Most helpful is the single view and classification of emails that saves me time on the few that need more analysis.

I wish that Phish RIP was available for exchange on prem.

What do you like best about the product?
We had a slow beginning to PhishER but it has proven to be incredibly useful. Being able to use PhishRIP to protect our other employees is a massive benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Please make CEO Fraud rules easier with some type of GUI. That would be super useful with adding 10-15 users to that feature.

Helps remove emails from other inboxes after reporting.
