Good product
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use once installed. Our users love it for reporting suspicious emails
What do you dislike about the product?
It was difficult to get installed but tech support worked with us until we did get it working.

Integrating with all the other functionality that Knowbe4 brings makes the PhishER product seamless.

We receive a high volume of items, so navigating through and filtering is critical.

Reporting phishing emails and extracting that from users emails.
KnowBe4 PhishER is pretty awesome
What do you like best about the product?
Great way to get everyone in the office to report emails they may all be seeing via the phishhook
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't work the best in Gsuite, seems to be more tailored towards other email services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users are all able to report mass email sent to everyone, we are able to go in an see these reports
Helpful platform with time-saving automation
What do you like best about the product?
Automated analysis conducted, so user interaction can be limited significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, I haven't found any concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User reported messages undergo automated analysis and depending on the results, automated action is taken.
It is a good product but it has some aspects that could be improved.
What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of integration and operation. It is easy to instruct users to trust in PhishER for email security. Somewhat easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a user, when you report an email and it is found to be CLEAN, it is not added back to the inbox.
As an admin, when I receive a report of an email identified either as SPAM or PHISHING, I can't get to the detail just by following the link on the email.

Taking away the responsibility on suspect email analysis
Quick, Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like the PML feature, as well as the header, raw data, and the plugin with VirusTotal.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been times items sent to VirusTotal take much longer, hours, rather than the usual 10-30 seconds/ 1-2 minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Awareness, user learning, knowledge of the threat landscape, testing our filters, use as a teaching tool for end users.

What do you like best about the product?
PhishER is great for training users to submit malicious emails and automates the process of cleaning them up
What do you dislike about the product?
In 5 months of ownership ER+ has removed 3 messages only and all of them were false positives
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
providing a platform for the users to submit emails and make a positive impact on their coworkers
Good product, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. It's not difficult to get it up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to organize training into tracks. I'd love to make a privacy track with multiple privacy-related training modules, a firm-wide track that had all of the sessions assigned to everyone, and maybe an IT track for the IT department, etc.

ML is very inaccurate even after months of training.

The possibilities of the ML working well.

The ML not working well even after months of training and support.

It was supposed to solve manual intervention but so far it has not.
Great product!
What do you like best about the product?
It provides great, easy to use tools for stopping phish attacks before they begin. When an phish does get through, it provides the necessary insights to mitigate any risk and fight the attacks in the future. KB4 proivdes excellent support though the deployment process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little time consuming to setup in our environment. Not at all difficult, but it took me a minute to get it all working correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offers better visibility into incoming phishing attacks that I didn't have before. I can see which users are the main attack vectors for our organization.
