If you are looking for a flexible e-commerce solution, spryker is the right choice.
What do you like best about the product?
Spryker is very modular and can therefore be adapted to individual needs. Even complex special B2B scenarios can be solved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Development projects are often somewhat more complex than with other e-commerce systems. This means that the development effort is comparatively high, and it is also not the cheapest system on the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Particularly complex and individual e-commerce scenarios can be customized very well due to the modularity

What do you like best about the product?
On the one hand, Spryker provides a wide range of standard features & business scenarios (B2B, B2B, marketplace) for instant usage. On the other hand, it is open and flexible to adapt and to implement custom & extraordinary things on top, making use of the headless and API-first approaches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Spryker provides standard frontends out of the box, but its adaptability is limited, and depending on given business requirements implementing custom frontends is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can realize different business scenarios using Spryker as one single backend for all transactional processes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spryker's B2B is well suited for complex transactional business cases for B2B companies that require a thorough understanding of processes. With the API first approach Spryker is easily integrable with existing customer systems (ERP, PIM, CRM..) which is crucial for our customers. Especially companies providing numerous product variations require configuration capabilities that can deal with vast amount of product data. For this particular challenge Spryker CCOS is especially well suited.

Due to a well considered Architecture and the separated Storage concept, Spryker is highly scalable

For building a global marketplace with millions of products Spyker is just what you need. Individual processes and requirements, common in B2B commerce, can be implemented perfectly using Spryker as a base.
What do you dislike about the product?
As Spryker is a system for ambitious commerce projects with a high degree of customization and enterprise requirements. There is no simple answer - don't expect it to be ready out-of-the box and within 3 days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We realized Marketplaces with more than 550 million products, Real-time quotation and inventory checks from several hundred distributors, and individual business requirements such as uploading part lists (BOM) with thousands of items via drag and drop to place your order.

Spryker is a system for ambitious commerce projects with a high degree of customization and enterprise requirements. If you are planning a small webshop, there are more straightforward solutions for that.

Spryker OS is a very flexible and scalable system with a very good B2C/B2B functionalities. If you wan have complex requirements or business models which need to be digitalized, Spryker is a very good option for this.

With an increase in flexibility there is usually also an increase in complexity. So you have to know Spryker and how it works.
Something which does not have to do with dislinking Spryker, but you should know, that Spryker is probably not the right fit for smaller companies or basic E-Commerce requrements.

if you need to digitalize complex business models, Spryker will help you because of its flexibility. Especially B2B challenges can be solved pretty well with the Spryker Commerce OS and a good team.

Agile fast building block system with over 750 modules for digital transformation - unified commerce. Spryker has highly flexible and high-performance interfaces for internal and external tools. The system is an innovative e-commerce platform for large companies with disruptive business models.

High setup effort. Spryker requires high development costs due to increased complexity.

Very complex solution that requires a lot of know-how in the development team. This makes it difficult to build the in-house team.

Meeting requirements that could not be covered by our previous system. In particular, customer centricity, which could be solved well by building a headless front end and integrating third-party systems for personalization.

I would recommend spryker to anyone looking for an innovative solution with many capabilities. It is also important to keep in mind that it is a framework and nothing out of the box.
