Good product for complex setup but poor in basic out of the box features

The fact that it can be easily tailored to need.

There is many basic ecom fetures missing that you would find from competitors products

We dont need to worry about the infrastructure but we are still able to modify the core product. So we get best of both worlds SaaS/On premise.

We needed a solution to extend our sales channels to cover B2B customers eCommerce needs. Also the possibility scale in the future to configurator use and punchout systems was a requirement.
