What do you like best about the product?
SOCI has been an absolute game-changer for our team! The platform makes scheduling and managing content across multiple properties and platforms incredibly easy and efficient. The intuitive interface allows us to plan, post, and track social media content seamlessly, saving us hours each week.
One of the biggest advantages of SOCI is how effortlessly it integrates with multiple social media channels, allowing us to maintain consistent branding and messaging across every platform. The reputation management tools are also top-notch—being able to monitor, respond, and engage with online reviews and comments all in one place has made managing our online presence so much smoother.

NOthing really comes to mind, I'm pretty happy with everything that SOCI has to offer.

Keeping myself and my team organized and on track with weekly postings on our socials along with responding to reviews in a timely manner.

There is nothing that I dislike. Everything is great.

TEXT AND EMAILS FOR REVIEWS. HAS PRE SET RESONSES, SO RESPONDING TO REVIEWS IS EASY.

SOCI SHOULD ASK GUEST FOR GOOGLE REVIEWS ONCE THEY POST A POSITIVE REVIEW. THIS IS HELP AS GOOGLE REVIEWS ARE JUST AS USEFUL FOR US.
Soci is User Friendly and Engaging
What do you like best about the product?
Soci is easy to access and to utilize. They make responding to reviews and posting on Social Media a fast and efficient process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have the library updated a few (or at least 2 months) in advance so that we can complete future scheduled postings.

I like the ability to post among several platforms with one click of a button. I also like the ability to see real time data on how are social media is doing.

I feel like the website could use some cleaning up and be a little more straight forward.

Simple Account Management
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule posts works great with my "set it and forget it" mentality for any generic posts we wanted to list. However, the ease to go in an add specialty posts across all our connected social media is a breeze and stopped me from having to log in to multiple social media sites for repetitive content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being invited by a franchisor account to use Soci, some permissions weren't available for me at the franchisee level, including inviting my employees to use and manage our social media accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a single post cross-post to all my social media platforms, with scheduling, makes it much easier on me to focus more on my business without dedicating additional hours to each social media site each month.
Soci was a great all inclusive platform

I enjoyed the easy integration, preset features and access to stats

As a user without master access I had to ask for permission but that may just come with the territory

SOCi makes it super easy to manage multiple locations and schedule content all in one place. The centralized dashboard and collaborative features save a lot of time and help keep everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be a bit slow at times, especially when loading analytics or switching between accounts. Reporting customization could also be more flexible.

By centralizing scheduling, publishing, and reporting, it saves a lot of manual work and ensures brand consistency.
