What do you like best about the product?
I like how it engages me with compliments and concerns left via google reviews allowing me to respond in a timely manner. Love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The email notifications could be faster. I get notified hours after the fact

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to manage reviews and social media scheduling all in one place. I've used other scheduling apps before that didn't work nearly as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the prettiest app I've ever used, but its the functionality that counts!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage my cross platform social media, I can upload one post and it sends it everywhere with little editing required between platform differences. It also helps me respond to google reviews faster than if I relied on solely Google notifications.

SOCi is great because it makes managing everything in one place super easy. You can handle social media posts, reviews, and listings for multiple locations all from one platform. It saves a ton of time and helps keep everything consistent and organized.

The platform can be pricey for smaller businesses, especially given how many features it has.

It brings all our platforms into 1 and helps us get to everything easier.
Makes Social Media Marketing A Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I typically dictate two hours at the end of each month the schedule 15-20 posts for the following month across multiple platforms. It is so daunting and time consuming to do it individually. This is a solution that allows me to do it on my own easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any particular complaints, interface is simple and intuitive on mobile and desktop.

Spending too much time posting on multiple platforms

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has made managing our social media accounts much simpler and more efficient. The platform allows us to better monitor engagement and keep up with reviews. We really enjoy using SOCi and use it ever day.

The posting capabilities could be improved to function more effectively, but there is nothing that makes them unusable.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Reputation Management tool, it's great, especially for businesses of scale. I love the customizable features when it comes to reputation reporting, and the interface is very user friendly. Customer Support is highly communicative when we have needs to update business accounts or integration issues, and help bridge the gap between third-parties when updates are needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the most effective tool to use as a CMS, as there are limitations in its capabilities when it comes to social media and content management. Updates to posting tools, like video content and editing abilities, are slow compared to competing tools, but it gets the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps manage multiple listings and accounts to maintain brand consistency, and their support teams are significantly more communicative than third-party when it comes to making updates and ensuring seamless syndication across platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I especially love the calendar feature that lets me see - long term - over the course a month how much advertising is going out and to which channels. I love how editable and interactive it is, easy to use and understand

sometimes to add in tags, you have to type it out manually and you can't just copy and paste it from another location or anywhere else.
