What do you like best about the product?
Working with the team at SOCI has been a great experience. From the very beginning, the ease of integration with our systems made the onboarding process smooth and efficient. Dylan and Melissa have been outstanding always responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive. Their customer support consistently goes above and beyond, helping us troubleshoot issues quickly and offering guidance tailored to our needs. It’s clear they genuinely care about our success. We’re grateful for their partnership and look forward to continuing to grow with SOCI.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few areas where the platform could improve. Some features can feel a bit limited or unintuitive depending on the use case. However, the SOCI team has been receptive to feedback and continues to work on enhancements, which gives us confidence in the platform’s long-term value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI is helping us solve the challenge of managing content across multiple social media platforms by streamlining the process into one centralized solution. It simplifies posting for both our corporate team and local teams, making it easier to stay consistent and aligned with our brand voice. The platform also offers helpful support and guidance when needed, along with accountability tools that allow us to track performance and engagement across accounts. Having everything in one place has saved us time, improved our workflow, and enhanced our overall social media strategy.

What I like best about SOCi is its strong focus on innovation and empowering multi-location businesses to manage their marketing more efficiently. The platform brings together social media, reputation management, listings, and localized content in one place — which saves a ton of time and helps brands maintain consistency across all locations.
I also really appreciate the company culture — the leadership is transparent, and the teams are collaborative and passionate about making an impact. SOCi genuinely listens to customer feedback and continuously improves its platform, which makes it feel like a true partnership rather than just a vendor relationship.

Some features have a learning curve, but the platform improves continuously.

SOCi helps centralize and simplify multi-location marketing by bringing social media, reputation management, listings, and reviews into one platform. This saves time, improves brand consistency, and makes it easier to manage local engagement at scale.
Best Way to Plan Ahead
What do you like best about the product?
Easy use. I'm able to schedule post in the future, and not have to worry about doing it myself on the day. Very Hassle free.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes at this moment of any of it's features.

Filter not so great reviews, and providing kind, rasonable feedbacks to relay to upset clients.
Great for small business owners!
What do you like best about the product?
This platform is very user-friendly, allowing me to easily upload and schedule multiple posts. I’m able to handle all of my social media planning at the beginning of the month for the entire month, which saves me a lot of time. It’s one less thing to worry about during my busy schedule.

There’s nothing I dislike—I love everything about it. The interface is user-friendly and navigation is straightforward, making it a pleasure to use.

They have not been tailored to the specific hotel or location yet.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to add users into specific locations. It’s a pretty intuitive process, and all types of users are able to access the invites.

It can be difficult knowing where some information is, and the full capabilities of what SOCi offers.

SOCi is a great tool for all-in-one social media. We use it all the time.

It can sometimes get a bit confusing with all the options

Fast, easy to use and incredibly helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Soci is incredibly easy to use and navigate. You can post on all of your social platforms on ONE PAGE. So there's no need to log into each account and post everyday. Being able to set your calendar a month in advance is not only time saving, its headache saving too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do like the Soci generated posts, they are helpful. But what would be more helpful is if they could use our photos to create posts about our community rather than "National Coffee Day". I imagine that will come in the future but it would be a really nice feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci tracks all of our reviews and allows us the respond as soon as possible. Using the AI feature to rewrite your communication is also a huge plus.
The Best Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple and easy it is to use and it integrates with multiple platforms at once. I like that you can schedule posts out in advance, use AI to help rewrite comments, see previews etc. It is very user friendly and very easy to learn. I use SOCi to manage social media platforms for an apartment building, and I just really like that it posts on all the socail medias at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about SOCi. I truly enjoy all features that SOCi offers!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing about SOCi is it saves time. It being able to post on all social media platforms at once saves time, and AI writing comments helps keep the posts engaging and fun for the viewers. It makes my job so much easier and I love it.
