EASY TO USE & MAKES POSTING EASY
What do you like best about the product?
I like the software as a whole! They make scheduling Social Media posts super easy. I can have an Instagram & Facebook post scheduled and rolled out in less than 5 minutes. The interface is super user-friendly and makes linking social media pages super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I would change about SOCi is the Discovery page. It would be super helpful if you could set a standard filter so that you get posts that match what your company offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to manage several social media platforms and scheduling posts.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate SOCi for making social media management much more streamlined. It's wonderful that I can post the same content across different platforms, with the flexibility to tweak it as needed, all from one place. The setup was incredibly easy, thanks to the helpful guidance and support contact they provided. I also enjoy the ability to change post dates and times, adding hashtags, which gives me great control over my posts. Additionally, SOCi seamlessly integrates with Canva, allowing me to create and upload visuals effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it inconvenient that I cannot independently change the vendors that SOCi posts for me. Currently, it seems necessary to contact them directly if I wish to add or remove a vendor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi for social media posting, allowing me to post the same content on multiple platforms with minor tweaks from one place, simplifying my process.
Reliable, Intuitive, and Perfect for Multi-Location Brands
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly it is...I can post, schedule and manage our content across multiple social platforms from one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Images and the image library seem wonky. Also, bulk editing seems difficult...I don't often need this but when I do it is challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me streamline social media management across multiple locations/brands and across multiple social platforms. Instead of logging into various accounts, I can create, schedule, and monitor my posts from one place.

"Responses to both negative and positive reviews are very specific. Guests who read the reviews also read the responses. The SOCi team is very professional in responding to these reviews."

What do you like best about the product?
It has helped us keep our residents informed and engaged about events, as well as connect with future residents.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing we dislike about SOCI. The only thing we wish for is the ability to connect with TikTok, so we could engage even more.

We have not experienced any issues so far.
Convenient for Social Media Planning!
What do you like best about the product?
It's very convenient to schedule posts out and drag posts from other libraries. I like how you can see customer feedback/support/reviews as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I schedule posts, the time of the post always changes when I am dragging it from another library, which can get frustrating as I manually have to fix the scheduled time. The layout is also slightly confusing because there are so many features, I feel like I am not utilizing Soci to it's full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wouldn't say SOCi is solving any business problems. Corporate schedules a bunch of posts and I will occasionally log in when sharing something to multiple locations.
My Experience with SOCi has been an overall positive experience!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the landing page provides a well rounded snapshot of valuable information related to your connected socials and their engagement with customers/clients. I especially like the AI generated prompts for replying to reviews as sometimes, it provides a better way to say what I was already wanting to say.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thus far, I have not discovered any true "dislikes" as the platform serves all the uses I have which is tracking social media and other platform reviews and interactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is doing a great job at providing professional and proper AI responses for customer reviews on public platforms. I am not always the best as thinking of the MOST thoughtful response I can give to positive OR negative reviews, and the AI responses help me immensely. Saving me time from overthinking a simple task.

It is easy to use and very helpful when it comes to guiding you how to respond to your reviews and looking at competitor comparisons.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would remind you if you haven't responded to a review in 24 hours.

How to quickly respond to online reviews. This is helping our response time and brand reputation. Also, more visibility to any member feedback we have.
