What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is centralized in one place. Easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there were more content options for posting immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number of reviews on yelp, google etc. were surprising and it's nice to be able to help those customers.

Easy Social Media/Reputation Management

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature by far on SOCi is the reputation management. I am immediately informed whenever anyone leaves a review on Facebook, Yelp, or Google My Business and can react immediately. This is especially useful for bad reviews, which require immediate response.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it's very difficult to get LinkedIn and GMB posts to work properly. I also really dislike that the library of articles isn't updated frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling social media posts has been a BIG asset. Boosting posts has been a strong benefit.

Empower Your Field Teams with Social Management

What do you like best about the product?
Social media management is difficult when you have multiple locations. SOCi makes that so much easier. I love how we can set up templates and assets for the remote location users to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is not super intuitive and takes some training to get used to using and how things are organized. This isn't a huge deal, but it is also not a system that you can sign up for and start running the same day. SOCi does, however, have a good onboarding crew to help you get everything all set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting remote workers to use the native Facebook app or website is like the wild west. They post all sorts of stuff and you have no control. But with SOCi, we are able to set up templates and approval workflows to make that so much easier for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider making your own training as you roll this out to your various locations.
And use the custom fields in the location setup. These allow you to do really cool localizations of corporate-level posts that go out to multiple locations!

Social Media Scheduling + Posting Made Easy

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is the best social posting tool for businesses with multiple locations. We were able to bring people in at the location level and let them create posts that we are able to review before scheduling. The boosting tool and review tracking is also a HUGE plus. Seriously one of the best tools out there if you have multiple locations trying to post on social media and you want to keep everything on brand!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to SOCi is that the first time you log in can be a bit confusing, especially if you're onboarding locations in a virtual environment. You basically reset your password to get a login but you never get notified when your email address is added to the system so if your onboarding person doesn't show you how to log in, it's a very confusing process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to allow locations create local content that boosted page engagement and reach for each of our different locations.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has been a fantastic tool for our multi-location business. It allows us to keep all of our assets in one place, while still giving people at the locations freedom to manage their social media platforms. They consistently build out more tools to make the product even better. Recently, we were able to boost a post at all of our locations with just a click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish there were more tools to support our specific industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the problem of trying to manage over 40 social accounts at just a corporate level. We were able to get our locations involved and that provided better content.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is completely user friendly and has plenty of resources needed to navigate for first time users.
What do you dislike about the product?
My one issue would be the way the ad tracking is set up

SOCi helps me track my companies stats as a whole and on store to store cases.

The constant disconnection

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can post across multiple platforms for multiple sites all at one time. We have about 42 sites linked to soci so that comes in handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to reconnect my sites so often. Each site disconnects fairly often and I have to go back in and manually reconnect them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If we didn’t have SOCi, then we’d be manually posting for 42 sites, 3 times a day across platforms. Not having to do that is a huge benefit. Plus they provide us with quarterly analytics based on our goals.

What do you like best about the product?
People I spoke to were all very nice but management would never come through.
What do you dislike about the product?
When my company had some issues that would delay my using the product, I requested that Soci put a hold on my account until we could get the situation handled. My sales person thought it was a very reasonable request and didn't think there would be a problem. Unfortunately, it took them several months (while I was paying $1000/month) to come back and tell me they would not put a pause on my contract. So I paid for 12 months and received very little for my money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After I signed the contract with the hopes of having over 100 clients using the product, I realized that getting those clients onboard with the Soci platform is definitely not as easy as they make it seem. It would have been much more time consuming that I was told.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Soci will NOT work with you once you sign the contract. DO NOT sign unless you are 100% sure their product does what they say it will do and don't expect management to work with you on anything or get back to you on time.

What do you like best about the product?
There is great online feedback from the client. Marketing and branding strategies are amazing. Brandify is the best. Good for store locations, reviews, and showing the company's end user what they can offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Your customer support is not currently excellent. This means that communication is slow and needs adjustments. This means that communication is slow and needs adjustments. In fact, I haven't seen anything not to like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was more along the lines of communication with the client that Brandify helped our company clean up all our branches in order to remove outdated information and provide the most up-to-date information for Google's business location listings. There was an increase in business when they adapted the Brandify aspect. Recommendations to others considering the product:
They offer a free trial that lets you explore how our service works. This software is quite affordable. I highly recommend it to anyone.

SOCi's Ambitions Interfere With Their Daily Operations

What do you like best about the product?
Once you get the hang of it, most of the dashboard is arranged logically and is easy to understand. Scheduling out future posts is straightforward. SOCi offers integrations with virtually all top social networks.
What do you dislike about the product?
SOCi is far more focused on their future plans than they are with fixing current issues. I have had several unexplained error messages, including several that their support team never even addressed. They record client feedback, but always promote their new features over fixing current ones. Their staff is constantly changing; my company has been assigned four different customer success managers in a year, each one lasting only a few months. They routinely make empty promises about addressing concerns or adding customer-requested features, but they never bring them up unless asked, and even then the response is always something akin to "It's on our list and we'll get to it eventually." Their monthly check-in calls are usually a waste of time because they rarely have answers and instead simply want to promote their new products. They often announce release dates for new features prematurely and then have to change them at the last minute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned in the previous box, SOCi's idea of "problem-solving" is to pass the issue from department to department in hopes that we forget about it. I would not consider this a benefit in any capacity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider how effective you want your customer service experience to be. If you don't like people who dodge questions/complaints in hopes that you'll eventually stop asking, look elsewhere.
