What do you like best about the product?
We have used Soci fr a few years now for 7 of our communities. My favorite feature is having one dashbard to answer our reviews across different ILSes and sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the wordcloud isn't that useful. It will take words that are actually meant in a positive way and call it a negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It' great having one place to post our social media posts like linkedin, FB, or insta.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We get great customer service with regular calls with Steven who is eager to let us know about new features as well as help us understand reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
From a review response standpoint, the SOCi team is great about responding quickly and accurately. They understand that at times there may be some "nuances" to certain responses and are easy to work with in regard to getting to the right place.

The social posting platform is super easy to use and saves a lot of time.

I appreciate the time spent on benchmark reporting, etc, so that we have ways to measure how we're doing relative to similar companies in our industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are really more relative to what the social platforms allow. It would be great to be able to post to stories, REELZ, etc through the platform as well as to be able to post video to GMB posts, but these restrictions are placed by the social platforms and not SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of posting to social media at the property level and corporate level. Control of the content that goes out in the approvals process set up in SOCi. Ensuring that all reviews receive an appropriate response in an acceptable amount of time.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to post the same content to multiple profiles at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
The library organization process. It is difficult to navigate unless you tag each post which is sometimes not possible for your workflow. In my case, the volume of posts I deal with makes this difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My clients are able to get content to several pages at once while still having more of a hands-off approach to content. As an agency, we have the benefit of sharing content with clients for approval before it goes out.

What do you like best about the product?
They make it easy for our corporate team to curate content for franchisees to use. Before, we had to rely on our intranet system to host creative that they would then need to copy adn enter into social edia platforms. This was given they all knew had to do this which they didnt. This was too difficult for the franchisee thus theyd didnt do it. Soci's platform has made it easier for our franchisees to implement social media and because of this website traffic from social continues to increase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot solicit reviews from the reputation piece. This directly supports SEO and should be in the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Franchisee/Franchisor Relationship; Better Marketing Franchise Satisfactation Scores; Increased website traffic from Social; mroe content to use offline
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have someone dedicated on staff to manage to get all the software has to offer. It is a powerful platform.

What do you like best about the product?
How responsive Amanda Maler and the support team have been.
What do you dislike about the product?
Funny enough the feature I want is being worked on, the ability to garner more reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A more streamlined process to help our franchises with their social and ORM needs. We wanted to our locations to do more on their end with their social media. We are seeing this through their scheduled posts.

What do you like best about the product?
Evan Gerdisch and his team are fantastic. They take feedback incredibly well and work quickly to meet client expectations on the content creation side of the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to tag user pages on social networks other than Facebook seriously limits the social suites usability. I find I often have to go to the native client to post the best type of content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have the bandwidth to create and schedule social content across all of our locations. SOCi enables us to create living, breathing virtual community pages in which our residents can interact with us and one another.

What do you like best about the product?
Listing management under one roof for multi location users! The other huge help here is having the ability to manage major social platforms within the SOCi platform along with the ability to boost post! The metrics on tracking engagement, sentiment, comments, etc is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything about this platform as been good!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits with SOCi is being able to bring all these listing/social sites into one area. This has allowed us to focus on the road ahead without spending a huge amount of time managing our social profile and listings.

It's a great start to being able to focus on scaling your business!

Many Improvements Needed In A Complicated System

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage hundreds of different accounts across many regions and management teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot. Complicated process to post. Lack of integration with GIPHY. GIFs must be saved as a file to the computer, then uploaded -- too complicated. When GIFs are loaded, they are shared to Facebook as video files, not GIFs. When GIFs are loaded as comments in Facebook, they are shared as attachments, not native. The entire process of interacting with comments to a post is slow, needlessly complicated, and a poor experience. The UX for the social follower is broken and less than desirable. The mobile app is literally just a wrapper for the web page. Regional level posting activity does not show individual account posting activity, just regional level. Notifications are slow and clunky. Replies to content comments are slow to submit and load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple account posting and replies in one location.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be very honest with yourself about what features are absolutely necessary for you to adequately manage your social accounts before signing a contract.

What do you like best about the product?
Using SOCi gathers your reviews in one place. This is especially helpful if you have several locations. You can see at a glance how you're doing. :) The reporting is really improving. A lot of features have been added in the past year and it's a lot more helpful. Others on our team use the posting portion of SOCi > I use it for reporting and it really saves me a lot of time. There are even response templates now - and they're awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
That they're not connected with Consumer Affairs & Trust Pilot yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before SOCi, I had to go to each individual review page, pull the info, and put it in a spreadsheet. Then create charts, graphs, etc. so the information could be visualized. Now SOCi takes care of that for Yelp, GMB, BBB, etc. as well as social conversations. It's a huge time-saver!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think about all the time you will save - not having to chase down every listing and create charts and graphs - SOCi does all that and makes reporting less of a chore!

What do you like best about the product?
That you can schedule multiple social media posts on multiple platforms at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, SOCi doesn't work like it should most of the time. As far as, scheduling it works fine but when it comes time to post, often there are errors with LI and IG and your post doesn't go through. I find it frustrating and don't have time to try and relink the accounts every time or contact SOCi and find it easier to just post direct through the social media platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule on an accurate basis for Fb.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The product it self and intended use is good. However, there needs to be a fix when it comes to scheduled posts to LI and IG as often your post does not work and an error is received.
