What do you like best about the product?
The social media features and integrations where you can update one area and it will filter to Yelp, Google, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding was a bit confusing on our start up call

SOCI is helping to streamline social media and our online presence. With so many different sites to keep track of, we need a one stop shop.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate SOCi's potential capability to automate the posting processes, which could be incredibly valuable in streamlining my social media strategy. I hoped for a system that allowed me to 'set it and forget it,' ensuring that my content aligns seamlessly with my brand without requiring constant monitoring and management. This feature would be perfect for me as it provides reliable and correct posting information about tour operators that are in alignment with my brand values. The automation and sharing capabilities have made it easier for me to trust that my social media presence is being managed effectively, even when I'm not overseeing it constantly. Moreover, the idea of having a platform that effortlessly supports my brand's needs by providing informative posts that I can rely on is a significant reason why I looked into using SOCi.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found setting up SOCi to be tedious and cumbersome, with a process that was not straightforward. There was a lot of back and forth involved, and I feel it could have been made much simpler. Additionally, the platform calendar feels incomplete as it only schedules posts for about a week or ten days in advance, rather than offering a full month's worth or longer. This requires constant monitoring and management, which is not ideal for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi for seamless social media posting that aligns with my brand, allowing me to 'set it and forget it' for consistent and informative posts without constant monitoring.

I appreciate SOCi's straightforward and simple user interface, which makes it easy to navigate and teach others. The platform's reputation and listings management features, along with Genius Social, promise significant benefits. Additionally, the integration and connections with third-party sites, coupled with its potential in web development, are impressive.

I think learning all the details might be a challenge due to the many components of SOCi.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I can manage and schedule my social media content using the scheduler feature. This allows me to spend time on my social media management on my own terms. I also enjoy the review management. It allows me to track and respond to reviews from multiple sources on one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that I could use Soci mor effectively with mor education.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Socia gives me more control over my time by allowing me to manage social media on my own schedule.

SOCi helps solve the challenge of managing and maintaining consistent brand presence across multiple locations and platforms. Before using SOCi, handling local listings, reviews, and social media for several locations was time-consuming and prone to inconsistencies. SOCi centralizes all of that—allowing us to schedule posts, respond to reviews, and track performance from one dashboard. This saves time, ensures brand consistency, and improves our local engagement and reputation management.

What do you like best about the product?
I’m the primary user of SOCI in our leasing office, and I absolutely love how easy it is to use. Being able to hit all of our social platforms at once saves a ton of time and keeps our messaging consistent across the board. The Story option is a great bonus — it makes it simple to post quick updates and engage with our audience in real time.

Overall, SOCI has made our community’s social presence stronger, smarter, and much more efficient. Highly recommend!

I don’t have any significant dislikes. SOCI operates efficiently and consistently meets my professional needs without unnecessary complexity or disruption.

Before using it, posting consistently to every channel required jumping between apps and risking missed updates. With SOCI, I can plan, post, and monitor everything from one dashboard — saving time and ensuring a unified voice across all platforms.

The reporting tools also make it easy to track engagement and see which posts resonate most with residents, helping refine our content strategy. Overall, it’s reduced manual effort, improved consistency, and made community communication more efficient and professional.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to navigate and training is a breeze. Customer support is quick and easy to respond to messages. I like the hashtag feature to keep track of our communication. Our team uses this daily and I have not had any issues.
