What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use SOCi, making it straightforward to set up and select features. It efficiently frees up my time by allowing me to answer more customer reviews promptly. I find having all reviews centralized in one place extremely beneficial for my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the app interface could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi to gather all customer reviews in one place, allowing me to respond timely and freeing up more time for other tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to schedule to all accounts, and how it gives previews for how it will look on Facebook and Instagram. It also helps incorporate photo collages or posters that have been made on canva.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do feel it is more difficult to add hashtags and to add companies or rescues that we also want to recognize in posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes scheduling to multiple social media accounts much easier, and gives previews so you can be sure your post looks how you intended. It also allows you to easily move or adjust pictures so they look how your would like on your posts.

What do you like best about the product?
Before using SOCi, managing the online presence for my PJ’s Coffee location meant juggling several platforms separately, which was overwhelming and time-consuming. Now, everything from scheduling posts to tracking reviews is streamlined into one place, which has made a huge difference for us. I can plan ahead and schedule posts across all of our social media platforms at once, keeping our content consistent and on-brand, whether we’re highlighting a new seasonal drink or promoting community events.

It’s also been a big help in staying connected with our customers—review monitoring and quick responses let us engage with our community in real time, while the reporting tools give us clear insight into what’s resonating. Having all of this organized through one dashboard allows me to focus more on growing our PJ’s Coffee shop and creating meaningful experiences for our guests, knowing our digital presence is being managed effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tagging ability for posts is somewhat limited, which makes it harder to maximize engagement when scheduling across platforms. The dashboard, while functional, does feel a little outdated compared to other marketing tools, and it can be clunky to navigate at times. We’ve also experienced occasional glitches with the mobile app, which can be frustrating when trying to make quick updates on the go.

They are taking one more item off plate by giving me a platform that eases one of the biggest struggles for small businesses - digital marketing

What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCI is connected to all platforms - it is easy to update information in one place and share it down to everything else.

can be intimidating because of the layout.

it solves the problem of having to go to multiple platforms to track data or update information. It can all now be done in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci is a great tool for managing social media. The platform is user-friendly, and it allows you to access posts for multiple locations with ease. Their Soci Genius feature makes it quick and simple to create eye-catching posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
After using the platform for three years, I still haven't found anything negative to say about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using soci makes it easy for me to schedule and post content across multiple locations. The scheduling calendar lets me plan future posts for specific dates, which gives me the freedom to focus on other important areas of our business.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how user-friendly Soci is. Connecting it to your platforms is simple, and scheduling posts is straightforward. The AI feature is especially helpful, allowing you to craft posts that convey exactly what you intend. Additionally, it offers suggestions for the best times to post, which I find very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently do not have anything that I dislike.

It takes the extra thinking out and use of an extra application.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is an excellent platform that removes the uncertainty from social media posting. With so many daily tasks to manage, having access to content with pre-selected hashtags—while still being able to customize them if I want—has truly changed the game for me. This feature frees up more of my time to focus on other projects. Additionally, the scheduling for posts is always spot on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see any downsides to SOCi at this time.
