What do you like best about the product?
Ease of capability across different platforms and transparency between teams and departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional Bugs in the platform prevents us from completing certain projects.

Paid Social Media Management within the platform allows the most flexibility across teams.
SOCi Makes Marketing Manageable!
What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi for my marketing role, and it makes everything so much more manageable! Not only can I schedule out as much content as I want, I can easily edit, delete, adjust, and reschedule content with just a drag or click of my mouse. I love using the calendar feature to see what days I need to fill in more and the home landing page is perfect for getting an idea of how much content I have scheduled out for the month already, seeing what engagements I need to respond to, and getting a glimpse of new reviews! I love that I can respond to engagements quickly and I love the suggested responses. It makes everything so much easier and quicker. It's social media management without the hassle! I use SOCi every day and I never want to use anything else. If you're looking to easily manage your online presence and make your job easier, SOCi is the tool for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it can't manage my personal life too! Lol
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content scheduling and management, social media analytics tracking, content organization, review response and social media engagement response, and more! SOCi makes all of this much easier and more manageable while saving me so much time.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SOCi is how it simplifies the entire social media management process by bringing everything into one platform. I can easily schedule and publish content across multiple accounts, monitor engagement in real time, and access detailed reporting that helps me understand what’s working. It saves me time, keeps my team organized, and makes managing multiple locations and campaigns much more efficient.

Can't think of anything negative at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage multiple platforms for my business more efficiently, which saves me a lot of time.
Reviews in one spot
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to view all my reviews from Facebook and Google on a single page. It’s extremely convenient to log into SOCI, quickly see my reviews, and respond within seconds. This saves me from having to constantly check each social platform and search for customer feedback individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have nothing negative to mention. The AI assistant is especially helpful, as it even provides a suggested statement to help me reply to reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to spend time searching for my social media reviews, as they are all conveniently displayed on SOCI. The AI assistant also helps me create responses that are tailored to the specific feedback from each reviewer.
Functional Platform
What do you like best about the product?
This platform is very user-friendly. I appreciate that it keeps all my social sites in one place, making it simple to post to every site with just a single, seamless click. All I have to do is create my post, schedule it, and submit. I rely on it every week to help maintain my presence across all platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't find anything to dislike about the platform. It is used across my entire company brand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this to ensure that all families in our community stay informed about what is happening at our school.
A Game-Changer for Managing Our Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Soci keeps everything organised and in one place. It makes planning, scheduling, and posting across multiple platforms so much easier, saving me both time and stress. I can create posts in advance, track engagement, and make sure that all of our content for 9Round is consistent and professional. The ability to manage everything in one dashboard is a huge upside, and it helps me stay on top of our social media without missing important posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is powerful, but sometimes it feels a little overwhelming to navigate at first. There are so many features that it can take a while to figure out exactly where everything is. I've also found that occasionally posts don't display previews quite the way they appear once published, which can cause extra double-checking. Overall, these are small downsides compared to the value it delivers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business owner of a fast-paced kickboxing gym, I simply don't have the time or expertise to manage social media effectively on my own. Posting consistently is critical, but it's not my specialty, and I can't afford to spend hours each week creating and scheduling content. Soci solves this problem by giving me a simple, organised system that makes posting fast and stress-free. It allows me to keep our gym visible and engaged online without it taking away from my main focus - running the business and servicing our members.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci keeps everything in one place where your reviews are easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a weekly snapshot that broke down my reviews by rating weekly, by the period and by the quarter. I also wish there was less of a lag in showing us the reviews. Sometimes it is pretty instant and other times it takes over a day for a review to populate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is making it easier to connect with people who love us and people that hate us. It allows us to get in front of issues faster, and recognize scammers.
Streamlined Scheduling and Ready-Made Posts
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes managing social media much easier. I really appreciate the ready-made content that helps keep feeds active without starting from scratch, and at the same time I can schedule my own posts well in advance. This means I only need to focus on social media activity a few times a month, but I can still maintain a consistent stream of regular, professional content across my channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a feature to remined me to add content that I can schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving the problem of time-intensive social media management. Instead of having to come up with fresh ideas every day and manually post, or worse miss posting for a time. I can rely on their ready-made content as a baseline and then schedule my own posts well in advance. This allows me to batch my social media work just a few times a month, while still keeping a steady and professional presence online. The biggest benefit is consistency—I can stay visible to my audience without it pulling focus from my other priorities.
Great one stop shop for all my locations
What do you like best about the product?
We love using SOCi, we get a full visual on our social profile in one place instead of having to hop from one location to another to another. Having the ability to respond to reviews all from one place is a huge benefit and makes responding to reviews much faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much we don't like about SOCi, it really does work the way it was advertised and gives us the transparency we've grown to enjoy.

it solves the problem of hoping from one platform to another, at the same time solves the problem of jumping from location to location.
Great marketing management tool
What do you like best about the product?
This tool allows us to view all our social media outputs in a single location, making management much simpler. The back end interface streamlines our workflow and significantly eases our daily tasks. With this tool, both time management and reputation management become effortless. It also helps us easily spot comments that might otherwise go unnoticed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little time to get comfortable using it, and at first you might feel a bit lost. However, if you keep at it, it gradually becomes more intuitive.

This tool helps us keep our social media sites active and engaging. Its robust analytics allow us to really drill down and identify the areas where we need to focus.
