What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro streamlines the management of our entire fleet. With its support for custom scripts, configurations, blueprints, profiles, and device management, we are able to efficiently scale our operations and enhance the protection and oversight of our devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the recent drawbacks has been the introduction of changes that have led to more unplanned work for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the ideal Mac MDM solution for handling provisioning, deployment, management, and security.

Love how modular and customizable the platform is and the ability to now form blueprints to manage my end points

visibility of scoping and duplicate configurations, but now with the AI associate, I’m able to mediate that

does with the baseline security configurations and ensuring that our staff have access to all the applications that they need on day one. And all of our patching needs as well as ZTNA.
Jamf is my go to MDM for Apple devices

The flexibility. If there is something it doesn’t do out of the box, I usually have the flexibility to custom build a solution

Historically it was the lack of day 1 support for new Apple MDM features, but now they’ve fixed that

What do you like best about the product?
We have thousands of devices that we used to manage on a previous mom however it was very slow and clunky with every device added. With the amount of devices we had we needed an infrastructure to handle it. And jamf was that solution
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when introducing new features they will come out very simple and barebones. It will eventually get built up but I wish it had more when first introduced

Jamf cloud helps keep up with our large amount of devices. Many other places have told us it is not advisable with the amount we have but jamf has handled it so far
Jump pro has changed my life
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how user-friendly Jump Pro is, making it straightforward to manage more than 10,000 devices with JAM. The process is impressively simple and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike about Jim, but I think those single sign-on is a little bit difficult
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing more than 10,000 devices, I find that JAMF truly simplifies the entire process and makes device management straightforward and user-friendly.

Application deployment is fantastic. Many options exist to deploy apps particularly when paired with calling policies from scripts.

Several products such as blue print require seting up SSO before they are usable.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how straightforward the setup process is and the abundant support from the JAMP engineering team, ensuring a smooth deployment. I also value the ability to separate staff devices from student devices, which enhances organization. Jamf Pro's robustness and strong support from industry partners are significant factors for me.

I find the connectivity issues and limited bandwidth to be a significant challenge when using Jamf Pro in our environment.

I use Jamf Pro to separate staff from student devices, handling intermittent connectivity and limited bandwidth to endpoints. It offers a robust environment with extensive industry support.

What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro is powerful enough to handle any task, and with the new Platform API tools, it’s only going to get easier to extend the functionality of Jamf Pro to build new and exciting things!
