What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of managing contracts and payments for international hires. Deel simplifies compliance and payroll, making it incredibly efficient to manage a remote workforce without worrying about local regulations.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Deel offers a lot, the platform could benefit from more robust reporting tools for tracking expenses and payments. Also, the onboarding process could be a bit faster for first-time users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel simplifies the process of hiring and managing payments for international team members, ensuring we remain compliant with local regulations without needing a dedicated legal team in each country. It saves us time and reduces the complexity of payroll, helping us expand globally with confidence.

Ease of use if great and multiple agreements solutions provide an all-in-one payments solution.

App could be better. Nevetheless this a implementation matter that hopefully will be adresses in the future

Its making the payments go quicker than in the 15th so thats better+
I’ve just started to use deel, it’s been a bit confusing to do onboarding but i made it.
What do you like best about the product?
After finishing onboarding, everything seems to be a very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
How i said onboarding is a bit confusing, expedient the section of tax identification, because it's not very easy to have tax identification number immediately.

It's helpful for understanding how it i can earn money from online banking system .

The customer support is very fast and helpful. The platform is easy to use, and has all the features needed to start working as self-employed.

The website can be laggy to load sometimes, and the mobile app is not optimized.

Deel allows me to work easily for clients that don't have a direct presence in my country, as a self-employed contractor.
