World class payroll and compliance for global teams
What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes it possible for my company to easily and reliably pay our globally distributed team of contractors and employees. It covers all the different configurations (contractors, EOR, part-time, full-time, hourly, salaried, etc.). It also provides localized contracts to ensure we're in compliance in any jurisdiction. It has made it possible to build a truly global team without concerns about payment logistics or legal compliance. Best of all, the people at Deel are out of this world - they respond instantly, are experts, and are always there to help us with our team and Deel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deel is robust and fully featured, but things can get tricky when you're making changes for existing team members. Specifically, making compensation changes or terminating team members has be timed correctly and sometimes it is hard to know what the effects will be. That said, the Deel team is super responsive and is always helpful in ensuring that the changes we need are executed correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Deel for global payroll and compliance (classification of team members, using local agreements, etc.). With Deel we've been able to build our team easily without having to worry about how people will get paid and whether we are in compliance with regulations in far off jurisdictions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Deel is the category leader and gets better every day.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel is excellent; the product works exceptionally well and allows us to hire remotely with just a few clicks. Deel is keeping up with our fast-growing team!

We are onboarding and paying our distributed team with just a few clicks. The process is very efficient and straightforward.
Great to use once things are working

The user interface is great and easy to use from an employee and employer perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support could be better. Once you're set up its great but support is slow with making changes and can cause delays in payments if Deel makes a mistake.

I like that funds clear quickly into my local bank account. The Deel advance option has been handy. Fee rates are very reasonable. Support is excellent.

It is as good as it needs to be. I can not fault it.

Payroll made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes setting up payroll for international employees a piece of cake. It's very easy to setup contracts, withdraw money, etc.
Also, some features like Deel Advance come up in handy when you need that extra money in advance for whatever reason, no questions asked.
The support is also wonderful, I had some questions in the past and they were quick to help me.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. If I had to say one thing, it would be that they don't have a mobile app (at the time of writing). Having that resource would be nice, it would allow me to manage my payroll quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit is sorting out the tax paperwork easily and having several options to withdraw the money to.

Deel makes it easy to get paid through several options, from cash to crypto.
Clean and intuitive UI
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use. It makes it easy to hire freelancers and employees in hundreds of countries. The user interface is simple and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I'm being picky I would say that setting up the payment method when new contractors sign up could be a little more straightforward.

It allows us to hire employees and contractors in multiple states and countries.

I just started working with them and so far they were incredible in helping me set up my account.

They are a great way to solve some of the issues when working remote internationally, for setting up contracts, payment processing and receiving money in my local currency.

Great way to intermediate payments for remote workers living outside the USA and that get paid by US companies

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Deel, aside from the fantastic customer service I received, is their product. The product itself did wonders for my team. It allowed me to smoothly pay my international contractors on time and with a click of a button. At first, I was a little confused, but the sales representative was always willing to step in, schedule a call and guide me through the process. I love Deel because it works with so many international countries. This allows me to source contractors everywhere! They are also compliant with local laws from each country which takes the stress off my shoulders. I also love that the UX design makes it super friendly to navigate. I've used many payroll systems and Deel is definitely one of the easier ones!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Deel is that you have to pay per person for contractors. This gets a little pricey at the end, but for a payroll system that's made so incredibly well for contractors, it can be worth it to some.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I've solved with Deel is being able to pay my international contractors at ease. I have had payroll systems that stopped their payments to different countries due to local laws. Deel can keep their system going because they have local contractors in each country to audit rules and regulations of money transfers and payroll laws.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a well thought out platform for paying your contractors, this is it!
