Osiris support is the only reason we keep working with Deel
What do you like best about the product?
The portal access and navigation. Support from our current executive

I have to generate and manage invoices by my self
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hire employees on countries we dont have a legal entity. Special support from Osiris on processes we don't know and require immediate solutions, we dont have time to take endless training videos

Amazing company for International Employees and Contractors
What do you like best about the product?
The support from team members. Deel has on-demand chat tech service that can help with many areas such as payroll, contracts, and other tools in the system. Deel system is easy to navigate and very efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have many dislikes. One thing is a further breakdown of the contractor's one-pager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel did solve the off-cycle payroll run for a contractor. I was able to process this payment.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
We're a small, fully remote team and Deel has made it easy to hire folks in Europe without a ton of paperwork. We wouldn't have been able to scale out as quickly overseas without their services!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue we've had so far is an employee's name was incorrectly rendered on their hiring documents but a short email exchange saw the documents reissued with minimal fuss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are hiring for non-traditional roles that you can't put job postings out for. When we find the right person they could be anywhere in the world and Deel prevents us from having to go register in every country we want to hire in to get the best people for the job.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes it easy to hire people all over the world without spending the resources to set up an entity and get legal counsel in other jurisdictions. They have entities set up in 150+(?) countries now and always expanding. They help us remain compliant and navigate employment law landscapes in different jurisdictions. The platform is intuitive and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service agents on Deel chat are very low level. They can answer questions or help out with things that are usually self-serviceable, but any question with any level of complication or that's not straightforward, they cannot help with. They go idle for 20 minutes just to come back and tell you "I've escalated this and we will email you in a few days with an answer." Further, communicating directly with the EOR (especially EORs that are partners of Deel, and not Deel itself) is near impossible. They don't give you a POC for your EORs in different countries. You just have your 1 Deel Customer Success Manager and then the chat and email support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navigating a global landscape in a newly remote world. With Deel, there aren't many limitations on where in the world we can hire. We can focus on finding the best of the best talent without limiting where we can hire.
Platform limitations, but great client support
What do you like best about the product?
The client support is amazing. Deel's customer support team is very knowledgable and quick to respond. I've only had one issue arise where I had to escalate it to our our Customer Success Manager, Zach Swan, and Client Development Executive, Pierce Glanville. These two are very attentive, supportive, and highly detailed, making it really easy to work with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Given the platform is still developing and growing, there are a number of limitations. For instance, you can add admins as "Managers," but I wish it was possible to add people admins with different types of access. An example is adding someone as an admin with limited access as opposed to only having the option to give full access to anyone added as a "Manager."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through Deel, we are able to hire and pay members domestically and globally while also providing them with benefit options and remaining in compliance with their local and regional laws.
Deel really helps break down any barriers of borderless hiring.
What do you like best about the product?
We're confident with the competitive and compliant culture they provide our team with, regardless of which country we are hiring in. The portfolio of options and benefits we can provide our team. The flexibility and ease of the platform. The support is great as well! Our AM is extremely responsive and so is the support team. Not to mention - there are s many resources within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, the company seems to be scaling well. Growing however they can, but at a pace that is sustainable and well done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work permit sponsorships and eligibility - we don't have the resources to retain our own immigration law counsel, so Deel's assistance with that is very exciting. We are also going to look at the global payroll solution over the next 12-24 months.
Meets all of our needs, and always readily responsive
What do you like best about the product?
I like how our CSM and AE are always super responsive to any questions I may have. The tool is easy to learn to use, and it also meets all of our needs for our global employees as well as contractors
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, effective dates aren't a feature for EORs (i.e. pay raises, title changes, etc.), and changes need to be approved by Deel before they go into effect. Also, sometime settings can be hard to find. Once the user learns his/her way around the tool it's easy to use, but at first glance it's not the most user-friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have employees in countries where we don't have legal entities, so it's nice to be able to bring those employees on as EORs. It's also nice that we can pay all of our contractors and pay them in one place

What do you like best about the product?
Deel made it easier to payout our contractors anywhere in the world.

I didn't dislike anything about Deel. This tool is easy to set up and user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best with Deel is how convenient it is to manage the payment for our employees around the globe.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I do not have any dislike in terms of using Deel and its features.

Great platform - still evolving
What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes it very easy to hire contractors and employees in different parts of the world - the streamlined process works well. Customer support is very good and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform still needs some work - some tools like the estimation of global costs are being developed for external users, but need to be better integrated with the internal/existing customers. Also - I hope Deel continues to focus on emerging startups and small businesses and doesn't refocus on larger customers to the detriment of them (things like Global Payroll are not really a feature for smaller/mid-size businesses).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily hire and manage employees and contractors across the world. This has enabled us to get the best talent with regards of where it is located - often with significant cost advantages.
