Marcel and Deel and have been super helpful in reducing admin and ensuring compliance.
What do you like best about the product?
Marcel was an awesome help during the onboarding and learning process. I have also liked the reduced admin in the number of payments as well as the peace of mind of know ing we are compliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little unclear and took a bit of time to sort out the employee insurance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance in ensuring staff are paying all requisite taxes as well as saving me time sorting payrolls for vairous regions.

Very easy to use, finds easy solutions for complicated issues

They are very professional, we pay our employees in the UK through them

Their quick response, They take you as an employer and understand your need, to be professional in their field, Knowing that you have someone to turn to when you don't always know the state laws
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the site is not user-friendly, it is necessary to open many screens until you reach the desired place, Open more options in the side list, I would love to see improvements to the site on the payroll closing days that would extend them, it happens many times that we don't have time to enter the expense reimbursement worker and it remains for the next month
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a problem paying expense reimbursements to employees that the employee paid taxes on it by mistake because we entered it not as an expense reimbursement but as an ALLAWENS payment, although it took time, but the payroll department also sorted out the matter retroactively and returned the employees the money they deserved
Hiring made easy for remote first startups!
What do you like best about the product?
Deel offers a wide range of countries to hire top talent frictionless. Our organization could scale its size without any problems in many different countries. The onboarding process have been always very smooth for us and the employees and the support team reacted immediately with solutions for any problem that might occur. Additionally the dashboard provided by them, as well as many features like time off management, makes it for us easy to manage the different talents, each with their respective labor laws. I highly appreciate Deels product and service.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing major I dislike about deel, maybe the some functionalities on the Dashboard could be improved but these are just some minor cosmetic changes, thats it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now remote first is the go-to for many European startups and it can get quite problematic to hire talents outside of your country if you don't have the legal and organisational backing. Deel basically enables you even if you have limited resources.

What do you like best about the product?
Our direct contact at Deel, Peter Eisenberg, is extremely responsive and always very comprehensive with his answers, giving us the confidence and understanding we need to move forward with certain decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Situations like terminations can get tense given that we do not control all of the process and have to wait for Deel to take care of it. In some situations, especially with terminations, you just want to get it over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a remote company and our employees are everywhere. With Deel, we can hire without geographic barriers and without having to open activity elsewhere. It is a no brainer.
Deel cuts out a lot of finance team admin

Deel has significantly increased the accuracy and efficiency in our finance team .

Deel has significantly increased the accuracy and efficiency in our finance team. The contractors and remote employees also love using Deel as it also cuts down their admin for preparing invoices each month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having lots of contractors spread out all over the world and invoicing us in multiple currencies creates quite a lot of manual workload for the finance team. Deel automates a lot of the invoice processing and integrates with Xero. Furthermore, we only need to make one bank payment each month and Deel distributes the funds to all our contractors.
Deel has made my experience with employing and paying international folks a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
Deel customer support is top tier! Response times are generally fast, and they offer 24/7 chat support for when I can't reach my account manager. The interface is intuitive, and Deel has created a lot of content to help with self-service questions that arise on my end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deel is growing at an incredible rate, and I am confident of their ability to push new features and improvements over time. I would say, there are some things I wish we had more control over as it relates to looping in team members and additional admins. Right now, my biggest concern is not being able to limit view of worker salaries for additional managers/admins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scalable payroll solution that saves me time and gives our workers a portal for them to access payroll and benefits information. Deel is also great at sharing general best practices for us to consider as we continue to hire/engage workers in different countries.
Best Solution for Scale
What do you like best about the product?
Contracts can be easily templatized and copied over from person to person.
What do you dislike about the product?
Permissioning is confusing to configure and managers have full access/view to all user PII.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Deel, we were using 4 different systems for contracting, invoicing and payments - now we have all international and domestic contractors as well as employees abroad in one place!
