What do you like best about the product?
Our Partner at Deel - Georgia, is friendly, supportive and knowledgeable! Always responding quickly to my queries or questions helping us to further achieve our expansion goals!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. During the early stages of our partnership, there were some 'kinks' to iron out with the team which took a bit longer than we would have liked but now everything is running smoothly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is enabling us to employ team members around the world, in locations where we do not yet have an entity.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel helps us employ people from all around the globe, in a rather easy way.
Deel solves the challenge with remote employees, by not having to open different entities or offices anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are pretty strict in the way they do things, there is no flexity, only templates they provide and you can choose from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Even when they are put up at the last moment, they know how to provide solutions.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had access to CSM in another way besides emails and meetings. Maybe a phone number or chat?
Also 2 pay cycles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our employees in Europe to be part of the company in the same working conditions. And they always have someone to turn to if they have any problem.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel facilitate the payroll as per the state policy without the presence of employers, usually a big challenge for the companies who hired resources from third-world countries.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we have just started the journey with Deel, it's too early to comment on the dislike but as per my initial thought, Deel is charging a lot when we onboard the junior resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel actually solves the problem of serving the salaries to the employee with the state TAX rule without the presence of the employer and its core benefit for the employers.

Help is there when you need it.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel's customer support is top-notch. Our team is distributed around 30+ countries and it's great to have ready help (not from a bot who will ask you to email your concern) anytime our team needs it.
And now they have hiring toolkits that help us make hiring decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike. There were a few things we requested from them for future feature roadmap:
- Having more filters/categories to define the organizational structure for cost reporting purposes (e.g. having a site/entity, then departments, and sub-departments);
- 2-way integration with HiBob.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the ability to contract almost anyone across the globe easily and facilitate payment seamlessly even with the various currencies that we pay out our team members. We're glad to be partners with Deel as we strive to be the best remote workplace.

What do you like best about the product?
The time to withdraw and receive my money, is easy and fast... most like 1 day to receive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dolar value is not the market value this is bad because i lost some money in the transaction and plus the deel fee.

Increasing your headcount, without the headache

What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes it accessible to hire people from all around the world. It's ease of access and support guides allow difficult hiring topics to become manageable and clear. Our Customer Success Manager 'Maxine' goes above and beyond to ensure our People Team our comfortable with the platform and she is always at hand to help resolve any issues/questions we may have. Having her to go to for support, changed our entire perception of DEEL and encouraged us to stick with the platform instead of moving to competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the support on live chat were more reliable. There have been many times, when support have promised to get back to me 'within 1-2 business day' on an issue and I sometimes never receive the information. I also do not enjoy the rigidness when it comes to employee payment cut-off dates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- DEEL is solving our problem of hiring in countries without an entity. It benefits us, because we are able to high top talent from around the globe.
- Correctly (legally) terminating employee contracts. This benefits us by taking the legal pressure off our hands and allowing us spend our energies on building our start-up.

Hiring abroad has become easier than ever

What do you like best about the product?
Deel has been a great help for us to hire people globally in a very fast manner. Setting up the employment contract takes only a few minutes and they are finalizing everything in less than 24 hours. What is even more important for us is that Deel's employee experience team has helped us a lot with different questions starting from time off topics to background checks. They are always trying to meet our expectations and if it's not possible they are trying to come up with solutions that would work for both sides. We have been using Deel's services for over a year and could say they have been such a great help for us to go through the hyper-growth. I could also say that during this time their platform has improved a lot and we're extremely happy about different integration options. Hiring globally has many aspects you have to plan and consider before but I would say that with the help of Deel it's easier than ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
Of course, with every good thing, there are some things you can't fix right after. Using EOR service provider is a good option how to hire people globally however there are some limitations you have to consider (adjusting contracts, cut-off dates etc). I would say this is nothing to dislike but rather to consider before taking the step. I think the keyword is good communication between different stakeholders (employee, Deel, real employer).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the biggest problem that Deel is solving for us right now is a hiring opportunity in the locations where we don't have our entities running. Thanks to that the hiring pool is wider and we can hire people everywhere we need.

They take extra charge for paying with a credit card.

The dream that is Deel and Tiago

What do you like best about the product?
- Hiring in multiple locations
- Hiring in locations that allow us to provide visa sponsorship
- Our Account Manager, Tiago, is genuinely amazing and one of the main reasons we continue to use Deel rather than pushing our own local entity set up
What do you dislike about the product?
- It would be really nice to ask employee experience questions live via the platform, but not a huge issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Deel allows us to offer perm contracts to our team in many locations that we otherwise wouldn't be able to hire from
- We can quickly pivot our hiring strategy - if we decide we need to hire in a certain time zone, we can just do it, we don't need to set up our own business and wait months to make it happen
- Deel also allows us visa sponsorship support in locations where we have a payroll but no ability to sponsor
