We're very pleased with the service we're getting and our CSM is always responsive
What do you like best about the product?
We like the self-service platform and the fact we're getting employment support for almost any place in the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes hard to understand the flow of the process and we're from time to time struggling to get more info about specific law requirements of benefits we need to be aware of
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us solve the fact we don't have legal entities where we want to hire so that is a huge support for us as a company that would like to expand.

One-stop platform for hiring and paying a global workforce
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to hire contractors and full time employees in any country without having to understand local labour laws, allowing me to focus on finding and retaining talent, rather than having to deel with compliance and payroll.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike - some countries are missing due to being listed on international banking/compliance ban lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to find remote talent in any country and apply the same steps on the platform regardless of where they are.

Ability to employ without entity in more difficult locations
What do you dislike about the product?
They have grown very quickly and are constantly updating which is great, but it does mean there are some teething issues with updates.
The payroll cut-off date is 15 of the month but they do not release invoices until much later which means any discrepancies always need to fix the month after, and due to different location regulations deductions are not always possible. You need to be creative to fix things. If invoices for the automated amounts were released earlier we could review and correct them in real-time before payments were made. You are essentially blind until you see the invoice.

Deel switched a payment in local currency to USD for us, as our candidate was adamant they would only accept in USD.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can get information about employment in each of the relevant countries.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to get a good understanding of the laws in the different countries from the representatives

Enables the employment procedure in different countries without the need to open foreign companies and deal with bureaucracy
Deel is a great concept and very useful for international companies.
What do you like best about the product?
quick hiring process, global hiring guides which help us navigate offering the candidate the best offer compliant with the local law
What do you dislike about the product?
The invoicing system is a problematic for bigger companies with established accounting processes - I would recommend to automaticaly send invoices to provided email address, due date should be mentioned in the statement and should not be set for the same date. There are some procedures that need to be met including approving process of the invoice and it is unrealistic to pay it in the same day. Plus the Deel fee for bank transfer and additional bank fee for the transfer is also questionable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is helping us save money for not investing in the entity establishment or finding a new payroll provider etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Having an easy solution for paying our oversea employees. also, Very good customer support, always trying to find solutions when necessary. Dan Jagger is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only one payroll cycle a month, could help to have more since we have some updates once in a while and if we miss the timing of the cycle it can effect the employee. but overall great service!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paying our employees in Europe, it's an easy solution for our company since we don't have an entity in Europe yet. The interface is good as well and they help us a lot.
Easy and helpful platform experience
What do you like best about the product?
Deel has extremely easy to use and adaptable UI. It makes it simple to hire globally, and the support has been excellent. It takes a lot of the stress out of drafting employment agreements thanks to the templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
More reporting would be helpful. I love the widget on the bottom of the landing page that shows where contractors and FTEs are located, and would love to see more report capabilities to pull even more metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helps with hiring globally, which helps me to have more time to focus on employee relations and hr management. It takes a lot of the guesswork out of it, and makes pay days simple.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is super user friendly and the team super helpful with anything we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more integrations done with other HR partners and more information for the new starters abroad.

Hiring people compliantly accross the world. Allows us to hire people who aren't based in our entity locations.
Solved our International Hiring Needs
What do you like best about the product?
It has been extremely easy to hire internationally using Deel. The platform is easy to quickly add new hires to and process any changes or day to day activities. Everything is very easy to do self-serve. We've had very little questions when it comes to using the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ONLY challenging thing I will say has been their benefits administration. However they've been very open to customer feedback and stated that enhancements and improvements to this piece are on the near horizon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we started with Deel we had only planned to hire in 1-2 countries. Since then we've been able to hire in multiple countries that we never had planned to expand into. It's been so seamless to add employees in all different countries.
Amazing support & great product!
What do you like best about the product?
The sales/support team is amazing. We experienced thoughtful and helpful onboarding (thanks Paul!) that answered all our complex questions and recommended thoughtful paths forward for our company. I was impressed because hiring/paying overdress contractors seemed painful and complex when we explored it on our own, and Deel made it extremely simple.
Separate from that, it's a relief that the payments work as expected, all the time. I've had issues with our US payroll provider making mistakes, but never with Deel. Love the service.

It's hard to call out any major issues because it works so well. Some cosmetic changes to the design could be nice.
