Excellent multi country EOR portal!

What do you like best about the product?
When we at Change.org United scoped EOR options for our global operations, we scoped many service providers. Deel came with recommendations from multiple sources. Our preliminary interaction with the portal representatives and how the user experience made it an easy decision to go with them. Since then, what has been extremely impressive has been their customer service in handling issues with our multi-culture teams across the globe. This is a key if not most important, component of managing global teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
We want a more time-bound resolution to make EOR operations available in some geographies we operate across the globe. The deadlines provided for opening their operations have been delayed inordinately while we acknowleding the legal requirement of each country is complex, and Deel is in the establishment phase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance across different geographies has been the most impressive benefit for us to run seamless global operations. Our experience has been excellent.

Frustrating experience but eventually there was a positive

What do you like best about the product?
Not much at this point. They seem to have cool features and options but there were some issues for me initially
What do you dislike about the product?
If you run an organization that deals with something as important as money, then you absolutely have to be efficient and do the very basic thing of getting people their money on time. These are just the basics. Deel on the other hand have taken a different approach. Despite many assurances from management and customer support that they are 'working on it'. I'm still yet to receive my salary from the 15th of September. It's October 3rd. I don't know what they think I'm using to pay my bills meanwhile they tell me to 'be patient'. My point?

October 4th: My salary is no longer MIA although I'm still baffled how money can just go missing like that. I think Wise was the problem since they used Wise to process my payment into my local bank account but til today I haven't received it. Deel had to refund me for the payment as they await a refund themselves from Wise. I'm happy they tried to come up with a working solution for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They were supposed to have been a more cost effective option for our remote company and colleagues to be able to get paid, receive their money with low fees and be in control of how it's all done since they have quite a few options to get paid. Hoping to see these benefits going forward

What do you like best about the product?
They have the best teams that are always available to help. We don't need to do extensive research on the different countries we hire in and they handle everything from onboarding, and hiring to terminations, all while aking sure we stay complaint and within the law.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multi-step process for terminations with some limitations

What do you like best about the product?
I think Deel Customer Success, especially Tiago is working at a high level to support our growth. Whenever we come out with ad-hoc off-cycle requests, he always finds a solution
What do you dislike about the product?
I think you should improve for cash flow purpose visibility what is the amount of upcoming payments per week, amounts in different currencies including added expenses, because currently, we can only see flat rate amounts, but not added bonuses or expenses getting due.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiring internationally for talent in multiple locations. It's a massive benefit in the short period when start-up will be moving to scale-up. Contract management in different locations.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes it easy to hire employees and/or contractors around the world. The platform is very easy to use and any questions or requests for support are handled quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hiring full-time employees through Deel can be expensive. They don't communicate changes to their processes/requirements with companies very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is allowing us to hire talent around the world easily while remaining compliant with different laws.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel representatives are very well-informed, very engaged, and very responsive. I felt taken care of all through the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
there's nothing I disliked. I felt supported at all times. The platform is user-friendly as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything I met on the way, like making a new contract adding a payment method and correcting some mistakes I made in the system. Basically, all the lifecycle of an onboarding.

What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding was easy and I always get a reply to my questions in the promised time frame.
When I nees some time of it's very easy to do so and payment is always on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of using forms to get in contact with my provider. I have to say that everything is worked out pretty fast, but - as mentioned - not a fan of forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is helping me to hire amazing talent from all over the world. No need to work out conplicated working contracts and to know everything about the law in the country I am hiring.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use platform, generates contracts quickly with clear upfront view of oncosts. Includes standard leave offerings in country of employment so that you are guided on minimum offerings yet have flexibility to offer above and remain competitive in local market as well as good guidelines to support you in understanding other offerings such as NEST, KiwiSaver or 401ks etc. Local employment contract templates provided and confirming work right docs to ensure we are compliant all give peace of mind we are employing people responsibly.
The online platform is extremely self-sufficient yet we have excellent CX support by way of a key contact (not just a helpdesk) someone who is willing to respond in a very timely manner to give you the support you need when required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managers don't have visibility of employee leave balances yet - accrual leave product feature still being worked on by the Deel team. In the meantime, its a common query by employees/managers when approving leave requests, so we are looking forward to this feature coming soon as it will save us some behind the scenes admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to be able to find the best possible talent globally and that means being able to compliantly hire employees all over the world. Deel solves this problem for us by supporting us to hire a mix a permanent and contract resources and have these employees managed correctly, paid on platform with full visibiklity of our global team. In turn, this also gives peace of mind to the employee/contractor we have hired as well and ensures we are not losing talent simply due to lack of an entity in a given country.
