Recommend Deel for all startups
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is able to act as PEO for startup with remote employees setup and it also has contractor features

The integration with NetSuite can be improved

Great platform run by impressive people
What do you like best about the product?
Working with our account executive. I have never worked with an Account Executive as reliable, determined, communicative and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to help me get our first Deel hire across the line. They were always available to help me navigate any questions and did so expertly - with tact and a cheerful demeanor.
The platform itself is also highly user-friendly. Very nice UX and UI. Excellent to use on both the employer side and the employee side.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across anything that I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiring employees outside of the united states.
Deel have been very helpful in supporting us to grow our business on a global scale.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is the most helpful element of Deel. It allows us to track employees' contract status, deposits due, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the ticketing system is beneficial - for more serious issues, I believe having multiple agents dealing with the problem can feel like our case is not being dealt with as seriously as we would like it to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel allows us to hire employees in countries where we do not have an entity, enabling us to work with clients on a more global scale.
Helped us expand into a new country/talent market!
What do you like best about the product?
Deel has made it easy for our company to expand into a new country, Canada. The team was very communicative throughout the entire onboarding process, and they are swift to answer questions now that we're live with them. I also greatly appreciate the regular check-ins from our Customer Success Manager, Robyn!
What do you dislike about the product?
We've experienced only a few downsides with Deel as the Employer or Record. First, because Deel is technically the employer, there is not much flexibility regarding offers/Employee Agreements. However, Deel's legal team was able to accommodate some of our red lines to the best of its ability. There are some other minor issues with the platform itself with the way information appears that can sometimes be confusing for the admins or employees. However, it almost seems like there are improvements nearly every week. I love to see continuous improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of Deel, we've secured some great new talent! We've quickly hired over a dozen new team members with Deel as their Employer of Record, which provides peace of mind since Deel handles compliance, payroll, and benefits! Without Deel, it would have taken us much longer to begin hiring in Canada.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use. There are all necessary options for cooperation. Customer support works quickly and reliably. Our manager Peter Eisenberg always provides us with answers to our questions and helps with non-standard situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all countries are represented for cooperation on the platform, for example, Thailand is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helps us to solve problems with managing contracts in countries where we do not have our own legal entity. Automatic generation of invoices is also a convenient option for contractors.

What do you like best about the product?
Our CSM, Tiago Mourao has always been very supportive; he is solution-oriented and resolves issues quickly. His calm attitude helps very much when things get intense

As I mentioned to Tiago before, we had a bitter experience with Deel's legal team when they were very late in resolving a termination incident. It was resolved only after intervention from Tiago!

Deel enables us to have talents from countries where we do not have legal entities. We can now offer employment to our contractors from those countries, and they feel more secure!

Cooperation with employees via Deel. A lot of options include in one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating contracts in multiple locations, but I have to add that upon further legal review we found some contracts may not be fully aligned with local employment laws which can be a bit concerning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially the lack of reliable customer support but that has drastically improved since we were assigned a CSM. I often feel we have unique one-off situations that neither Deel nor we are familiar with so solving more complex issues can be very time cosuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we have team members in 11 states, Deel is allowing us to scale international without having to establish local entities. Deel also makes it easy to pay our international team.
The best EOR in the market for fully remote companies
What do you like best about the product?
We have found their platform to be very user friendly and this has enabled us to quickly and efficiently onboard many people from different parts of the world with a few clicks due to the fact that they have a very user friendly platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing has disappointed us about the product. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is their chat support, which can sometimes take a while to get back to you with a solution if you are having trouble.

Deel has been a tremendous help to us in hiring a team of 30+ personnel from Europe to the US, thanks to their services. We have saved a lot of time, and we have been able to remove any geographic barriers when looking for talent.
