excellent experience, easy and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
managing international employees within the same platform, and gaining all the helpful insights about specific employment requirements in each of these countries at a touch of a button
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, we have found Deel to be very userfriendly and helpful. We have had quick responses on queries and great support when having to deal with more complex people management issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
managing complex employment laws in other countries, being able to employ globally with ease without any worry or concern.

Deel does the job
What do you like best about the product?
Their CSMs are very invested in the customer relationship. Where the platform fails, they try to close the gap. Because of that feedback loop the speed and which they roll out improvements to their platform is fantastic too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their general support stream isn't great. We had a persisting issue and had several agents copy and paste the same wrong answer to us even though we explained why their answer wasn't helping because they didn't seem to read the previous chat history.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel has clearly increased the range that we're able to recruit from and our talent pool has definitely broadened. As a remote-first company that's location agnostic this was one of the main obstacles that we wanted to overcome.
Great option to hire people across the globe!
What do you like best about the product?
I really love about Deel that you can hire employees across the globe so easily. The platform is easy to understand and the processes are smooth. Additionally, I love the great support of our Customer Success Manager who is always ready to help and to adjust things if they are not possible in the platform. The response time is very quick!
What do you dislike about the product?
Since everything has gone well so far, I don't have anything to mention here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiring people across the globe without having an entity in those countries. Being able to offer health benefits to people.

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to have easy access to the customer success function as well as the great pipeline of product innovation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. I think that a seamless integration with all external hitting tools such as Timtailor or greenhouse would be great as well.

Hiring people overseas is how Deel provides value to us as it is a seamless and stress-free experience for us

Its the most useful tool for contractors on a third party, as well who are getting paid in International currency

What do you like best about the product?
Hiring with Deel is a breeze because of the step-by-step walk-through of the contracts, making it a seamless process every single time!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I can say that I dislike.For the features we use Deel for, it does a wonderful job.

Deel is saving us time by handling the complexity of local regulations in several countries.
Great system, functionality, service, yet still a young company
What do you like best about the product?
I like that our company does not have to worry about international laws and regulations, payroll and contracts are easy to fulfill, system is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, customer support is unable to answer questions, the system is incapable of complicated contracts or questions, and the administrative piece is expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signing international contracts so that we do not need to review international laws and regulations. It also creates a payment portal outside of international wires and owns liability of direct deposit information.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes it incredibly easy to hire international contractors and employees who require EOR arrangements to stay compliant in their home countries.

There are some limitation in customizability for payroll in the UI

Deel allows us to generate legally compliant contracts for employees all over the world, and automate payroll for contractors and full-time employees
Easy, Fast, Affordable
What do you like best about the product?
The online platform allows us to have visibility on all hires status, onboarding and payments. I appreciate the platform being pretty much self service (unlike their competitors where all communication goes via email).
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to customise contracts.
Our onboarding and CSM are great but the general service of the Customer Support team is lacking. They don't understand the questions, or they answer partially or they miss the point of the question.
The built in chat is also lacking, it gets stuck frequently.

Deel allows us to hire remote employees in most countries where we need it, do it fast and at an affordable price,
Deel Customer Experience Team is helpful, they are ready to help whenever issue arises.
