Deel makes hiring easy!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and how knowledgeable the team is-- you have a group of SMEs to answer all your questions. Also, we really love our account manager, Georg Primetshofer-- he is the BEST!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any complaints. The platform is pretty easy to use, and when we don't know the answer to something, their help desk or our account manager always know the answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel makes hiring easier when you don't have entities set up in different locations. Also, their help with Visas has been extremely helpful to us-- their mobility team is fantastic and leaves us with very little to do.

Simply the best platform for global payroll
What do you like best about the product?
Deel offers quick and reliable solutions throughout the onboarding process. Signing a new contract takes 5 minutes and is intuitive for both employer and employee. The routine work that took days before now can be handled in only 5 mins. Another part is their support, which is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basically no downsides. Deel team is very helpful and is always open to new suggestions and features. Their mobile APP is on our list of most demanded new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improves and almost automates the onboarding process of new employees. Deel is a great solution for scaling your business internationally, no need to deep dive into local regulations on labor, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel is very user-friendly and easy platform to navigate on your own! I also appreciate everything being all in one place/platform. Having all the tools you need in one place helps us move quickly and get to candidates faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dislike a bit about Deel's platform is the need for Deel's approval before contracts go out to the candidates. I do understand why this is needed, however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is helping with our international customer experience hiring and the contracts we need for these candidates. This is very beneficial because of how easy Deel makes the process of sending contracts and ensuring everything is in one place.
straightforward and comprehensive setup for international employment
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other PEOs, Deel has the easiest-to-use and most transparent system. Customer support is very active, and I can always reach out about more detailed questions with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind, it just works. We did have to work with legal counsel to figure out international shares, it would be nice if Deel could handle that for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helps us hire talent regardless of location without long legal processes and complicated international financial setup. Using Deel, we can move fast as a startup, hiring the talent we need, without worrying about HR.
Decent Product
What do you like best about the product?
Deel takes care of all requirements for international employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface can be confusing and not intuitive. Until I found my relationship partner (I inherited Deel), it was really difficult to get a hold of a human on the general support channels and took a long time for them to get back to me and resolve my issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helped us hire international employees in Canada in Australia, eliminating the headache of international hiring.
Overall good, but some onboarding issues.

Friendly assistance when we had a question.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding communication was poor - admins didn't receive all the communications each other did. Employees were not notified of issued they should and could have been told about.

Deel did a great job on a quick turnaround
What do you like best about the product?
Deel was able to establish my account quickly and onboard our new employee with relative ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deel didn't have the ability to link my bank account for ACH automatic payments at the out set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an employee in a country where we don't have an entity. Deel made it very easy.
Deel is a nice alternative to hire employees in other countries.
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is very easy and understandable to use and helps if you do not want to hire employees in their country of origin and do not want to open a local office there. If you get stuck here, you have competent contact persons. In our case it was Celestyna Fuhr. The exchange was always quick, professional and to the point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is challenging when you have another company in between (e.g. GoGlobal). The exchange was always quick, professional and to the point. In some cases, it would be good that a short briefing on the part of Deel takes place beforehand so that you can better find your way around the platform and enter the desired things as intended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is adding more and more locations to become even more attractive. This also makes it easier for us customers, as we then only have one contact person who is familiar with the regulations (legal and social) in the country.
Great Customer Support - Software needs improvements
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service from start to finish has been the best part of the onboarding to running your first payroll. They are attentive, communicative, reliable and very reassuring throughout the process. When they say they are going to work on an issue or when they try to resolve a problem, they REALLY try. You might not get an immediate solution, but the fact that they update you consistently shows they are dedicated and here to assist. It's very reassuring that their customer support and onboarding team takes great lengths to help you with your success, even if there are software bumps along the way. In the Fintech industry, it's one of the best international payroll software I've found when shopping around. The plaform design is relatively easy to use and navigate. As of Nov 2022, they seem to have hired smart and invested employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software can be buggy sometimes, making the platform a bit confusing. For example, a bug I ran into, which they worked on, was that the platform reflected more invoices than were entered into the system, which stopped me from running payroll as it looked like the system was going to pay the freelancer multiple times for one invoice. It took them a day or so to resolve the issue, which wasn't bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helped us explore hiring employees internationally. It's relieved us from the daunting liabilities, taxes and HR issues when wanting to hire internationally.
Great Service!
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to pay multi-national contractors without having to worry about compliance. Ability to convert to EOR if neeeded.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the verification documents were hard for our contractors to understand. We were hoping for more support in this arena.

How to payout international contractors and allowing us to pay via crypto or local currencies.
