Salary management has been seamless experience. Definitely will recommend
What do you like best about the product?
My salary is automatically transferred to my preferred withdrawal method every payday. I also love the payslip UI which is 1000x better than what we were using, can I say it? (Payooner) and the email/app notification is very useful
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I'm loving the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatic salary transfer, payslips are generated and can be downloaded anytime and the email and app notification about the status of my salary from deposit stage to transfer.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel Dashboard is easy to use. The site also has many helpful links and a built-in chat to answer questions or provide employees with general information. Being able to set up teams makes it easy to manage employees across different departments.
The best part is their support team. Our Customer Succes Manager Sam and the Africa Area Specialist, Oludolapo are excellent. Extremely responsive, kind, and do their absolute best to provide us with detailed information. I am so grateful for them. They make the Deel experience better!

What do you dislike about the product?
Deel does not connect to our HRIS, Rippling. Also, to be compliant through a third-party provider means that companies will lose certain HR functions (e.g., benefits administration, separation practices, etc.). You just need to adapt to a new way of doing things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small non-profit that is expanding into new markets across the globe. Deel has helped us solve how we can hire international staff and remain compliant with national and local laws.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel has helpful and informed staff, a great platform for managing team members and better employee benefits offerings than their competitors. The team was supportive before, during, and after implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of Deel's payroll policies are cumbersome for third-country nationals who prefer to be paid in other than local currencies. In some countries where we work, Deel is not yet set up for business.

Deel is helping us to employ and pay our globally asynchronous team compliantly. They ensure our employees and organization have everything we need to follow the law.
Well-working tool with some annoyances
What do you like best about the product?
Everything works pretty well, and Deel does what I expect it to do and even some more. Entering hours is easy, and withdrawing money is easy; it simply works. The Deel-benefits are also very nice and probably useful for many (if not for me personally).
So far when problems arose, it was always easy to make contact with Deel, and mostly I feel taken care of. It's a very useful tool that is making my work a lot easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
It just has some minor bugs from time to time, but those tend to get fixed soon and contact to Deel is easy. One bigger annoyance is the fact that every time you log in, you have to go through the 2FA process, which, while safe, becomes very tedious when required to log hours daily
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The process of working as a contractor for a US company as a non-US citizen can be quite complicated - Deel makes all of that entirely easy and leaves little work for me. It's also an easy way to avoid any bureaucracy when it comes to setting up invoices, I basically have to do nothing by myself, which is amazing and saves me hours of tedious office work every month.

Tyler - he is great and answering questions, providing feedback and ensuring that we have everything needed at our fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost! For a small org like ours the cost is simply too expensive.

Paying our international customs, expense reimbursement and dealing with all of the EOR information

Deel has a well structured product and a very helpful team. always there to answer our questions round the clock.

The process of getting people on board was complex and there was still a good part of the legal aspects we had to understand and assess on our side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel has helped us get people on board in the US without the need of hiring them. This helped us start in the market and validate that we'll want to continue our growth there and eventually hire a team to support our growth internally.

The onboarding team has invested as much time as necessary to that I am successful and have been honest and transparent. It has been a very good experience

The exchange rate - USD to DOP is 2.5% off which represents an extra cost to me

We particularly like the autonomy that the Deel.com admin platform gives us, as we don't have to constantly wait for a support person to reply to our calls.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can become expensive at scale, so we might have to look into other options if the team overseas grows big. Other than that there is nothing else we dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel allows us to employ staff where we don't have a Permanent Establishment, with the confidence that they will be paid lawfully and on time every time. This allows us to experiment with team expansion in an agile way.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to navigate and use for the whole employee lifecycle. Our CSM is always very responsive and helpful, she always answers all her questions in a timely manner and provides us with all the support we need. We have been delighted by the service and attention she gives us.
What do you dislike about the product?
As for the employee experience, it can be challenging to understand the benefits offered to them. Providing companies with the opportunity to offer to new hires a one-pager that combines all the benefits and perks would be extremely helpful.
